I have not lived in Germany since 1967. I was an" Army Brat" and I had a German step mom, who raised me. I lived in Bad Tolz and Berlin from 1953-1967. I am going to try to translate this comment. Here I go... I find it very nice to hear the (your) enthusiasm you have about living in Germany. Your (no not know this word) brings me to understanding not just seeing. I looked up the word and it translates to perception...so I think the sentence means, "Your perception allows me to see things in a new way." How did I do.

Nudity.....most importantly liberating for kids under 10! In the US I got angrily reminded to go with my 3 years old son at the time to the (gross) changing rooms to change him after swimming lessons! Since the changing room was so gross I changed him after that encounter under a towel..nothing was exposed....but the people and the staff at the pool got even more angry with me that I changed him under a towel wrapped around his hips! Ridiculous! Great video!

If you want to get to know the Germans, you have to join a club. Not only sports, model making, singing, tasting beer, dog club, social projects, etc. all activities take place there. If three Germans meet with the same interests, then set up one club. First chairman, secretary, treasurer, an imaginative name, that's all it takes. ;-)

I think you realize how random people will send you hate, I hope you realize that this hate and anger is *valueless*. They spend no time crafting it, no effort was given to send it to you, and in the end it should have no impact on your life. It takes them 4 seconds to write the hate, you should spend less time considering it. :) Peace!

Because they were scared of Germany’s strength and force, and they knew they couldn’t compete with Germany. Additionally it’s tribes from Germany who went to France (Franks), and to England (Anglo Saxons), I don’t think the reverse happened as much (tho’ maybe some French tribes did go and settle in Germany). It’s no wonder Germany’s economy is stronger than both the UK’s and France’s, despite the heavy losses they experienced in WW2.

And that's something we (and I ) can be very "proud" of - and lucky! 🖒💞 I was living in a lot of different Countries around the World, and I would like to make my Dreams come true to live for the Rest of my Life 1/2 year in Sri Lanka/old Name from the Colony-Days is "Ceylon" , but only in the Europrean Wintertime. Thanks a lot for the nice Video, wish you all the Best and have a fantastic Time at "my" Home in Düsseldorf! About the Vereine and their affordability, Vereine (e.V.) in germany are not for profit. If they make profit they will loose their special tax status, so sponsor or donors are not allowed to deducte their own taxes with the donation they make. Thats why in germany the fees for a Vereinsmitgliedschaft (clubmembership)are quiet low. In our club (fussball) it comes down to 0,80 € for an hour of training or games. We offer 2-3 times training for 90 minutes and the league games on weekend.

Some will not only give you assistance in learning the language, find a home and a job, and bureaucratic stuff; they will even pay you money or will grant you things for less or even free that other (local) people have to pay for. If you ever thougth about moving to Europe, it might be the best time now to do so.

Good morning Jenna, very nice to start the Sunday with you, especially if you look so happy. It gives me a good feeling for the rest of the day. If traveling is possible again, the islands of Rügen and Usedom offering some nice, clean nude beaches i can highly recommend, beside of the beauty of these islands. And Usedom is the area with the most hours of sunshine in Germany, it's called the sunshine island 🌻☀️ Haters gonna hate, don't feed the troll, it's not worth it and actually a waste of time. The option to buy something second hand is something i really appreciate, we waste so many things and the waste of clothes is one of the biggest issues we have. Clubs are one of my favourite tip of becoming contact and making friends with Germans, as you said it, Germany has club's for almost everything, even for cats and dog owners, if you have a pet at home it can be an opportunity and in your region is carnival a wonderful way to find new friends in and outside of work. Thanks for your lovely video. Have a nice Sunday 🍀☕☀️😎🍦

Netherlands ONLY one step further than Germany in bike culture?!? Really? Now you gone and done it... you insulted our amazing neighbors. They are so far ahead of Germany when it comes to biking that the only other country within reach to be as great would be Denmark. Germany still has TONS to do to even come into shouting distance of the Netherlands. Just kidding. Germany does quite okay in biking. :D But the Netherlands and Denmark really are SUPER bike-friendly. The joke goes that there are more clubs / Vereine in Germany than there is population. Education (free): yepp, for the students the education is tuition free. There is a study fee for the university, but that usually includes a semester ticket for the local public transportation network. It is usually around 350 -400€ per semester. Obviously you still pay for study materials such as books, notepads, whatever. But that's it. Sure, we pay for it through our taxes, but EVERYBODY pays for that for everyone. Community value is considered granted, not demanded. Once someone has had the opportunity to live and study here, many people do decide to stay for a longer period, maybe forever. So in the long run they will pay back their education cost via taxes, but just for the next generation. Germany has found that offering free education is in the long run a huge opportunity to get young, open-minded people to move to Germany and make their life here, improving Germany overall. Germany desperately needs young people with a bright outlook for the future living here. FKK / public nudity on beaches/ in saunas: yepp, and you get an absolutely insane boost to your body positivity. It is liberating. Checking around you and seeing all the skinny, chubby, old, young, crinkly, smooth, brown, pale, pimply, clean, tall, squat people don't giving a sh*t about their nude body just shows you that it is completely, totally natural. That everybody is different but the same at once. Different, in that everybody has something different to be 'proud' and/or 'ashamed' of when it comes to our bodies. The same that we are all not perfect. No-one really is perfect; or a least as "perfect" as the photoshopped or over-make-upped models in magazines, movies, or heck, even porn are. Once you realize that, you see that there is no reason to be 'ashamed' of anything on your body, and that you can be proud of it, no matter what. When would you otherwise get a chance and completely unashamedly see other bodies in their natural state other than on a nude beach or in the sauna?
