I just wanna say, today I went into my local TJ's to grab some items and some that you recommended .... when I checked out I told the cashier I watched a youtube channel who sometimes does grocery hauls and his TJ's from a couple of days ago brought me in.... she asked, "Which channel" I told her "FlavCity with Bobby" and she laughed and talked about how much she also loves the channel and many customers reference your channel.... so big props to you, the whole team. Keep going - you’re doing great! I have running lists in my NOTES app on my phone (you could use any note or list making app you like) and when I watch certain videos, like this one, I open the appropriate list, just pause the video, and add the item to my list. I have lists of products I like or want to try for Costco, TJs, ALDI, etc which I’ve actually had for many years. You could do the same with a list of ingredients to avoid and ingredients that are good. It can be a little tedious at first to flip back and forth from the video to the app to type and then back again, but after a couple of times, you develop a rhythm and it takes hardly any time at all. 😊

Have you already covered the jicama wraps? I recently found and they are sensational for steak, chicken, carnita mini tacos. I love them!

Almost every week there's something new and within a few weeks an item can be there and gone. If it's seasonal, it won't be back for a year. I stocked up on the mustard!

Growing up in New Orleans in the 50's and 60's, Zatarains has had this forever! Zatarains has had yellow mustard with pickles for over 50 years! It is called Zatarains Chow Chow Mustard. Had to find outside of New Orleans, so great add by TJ's.

I just tried the cauliflower pizza crust. It tastes good, but definitely did not crisp up enough to resemble pizza crust. I cooked as instructed on a flat pizza dish, though it was not vented. Next time I will try baking the crust for a few minutes on its own before adding toppings and putting it back in the oven.

The TJ Truffle Ketchup does have the black pieces if truffle in the ketchup. It's a real treat on crispy fries out if the air fryer. You definitely get your truffle goodness.

The Dirty Dozen is a list of produce items that are sprayed heavily with pesticides so it pays to buy organic. It changes yearly. There's also a list called the Clean Fifteen which are items you don't need to buy organic.

Costco has a cauliflower thins 14 pack for $9.99 and it has the same ingredients plus uses cage-free eggs.

I used oat milk instead of reg milk, collagen or powdered coconut milk in place of milk powder, tapioca in place of corn starch and coconut sugar instead of white sugar. I just tried the cauliflower thins from Trader Joe’s. I used them for burger buns and I would say that these need to be toasted in order for them not to fall apart. They would be perfect for sandwiches, burgers and mini 🍕. I don’t think your kids would even notice that they’re made from cauliflower and less you tell them. Some pizza sauce on top and some Mozzarella cheese along with whatever toppings you like and you’re all set. The small ones do get crispy enough for pizza so I would just make a mini pizzas and not use the larger one if you can’t get it to be crispy.

I use Stevia in green tea, I don't see why you couldn't.
