Target Spring Grocery Haul - 10 Healthy Items To Buy..And What To Avoid!

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Wow, this healthy Target grocery haul video was fun to make! There are so many grocery items at Target that really peaked my interest, some of them are great deals and really healthy, like the grassfed beef and keto bacon, but some were downright scary! Friends, you have to read the labels on these grocery items at Target, and all stores, because looks can be deceiving. I'm looking at you fake avocado oil mayo! We found some really misleading labels on this Target shop with me video, and unless you look closely, you are not going to see them. I want you guys to start this spring on a healthy start, and do some spring cleaning with your diets, and that starts with grocery shopping. You guys wanted a Target haul video, and Art and I had blast shopping with you at this store. Where to next? Mad Love, Bobby..Dessi..Art XOXO

Hey, there Patrise don't let your friends stop you from reading those labels on food package...its good to know what's in your food so, you can avoid the ones that are bad for your body. In the long run you'll be much healthier than your friends because the older we get the harder it is to absorb calcuim, magnesium, iron, potassium and all those vitamins ( D, E, C, B6, B12, ) plus protein and fiber an adult needs to maintain a healthy body. I'm enjoying learning how to pick foods that have high nutrition value than those.more popular with consumers. Keep up the good work Patrise you won't regret making healthy choices for you and your family. Take care and have a wonderful day!!! ☺☺

I enjoyed watching your series on big box chain stores. I live in Madagascar for 17 years( I am 65 years old and in general know your stories) and one nice thing is that food does not have to be label organic , because it is all organic. However food and fruit can only be eaten in season- not a problem for me since there is much to choose from and waiting for fruit like lychees once a year is a treat , in my opinion.

What is cool, is that you can refill the spray bottle with olive or avocado oil and it works just the same. Makes you wonder why extra, unnecessary ingredients are added in the first place.

Thanks Bobby! I don't know why I feel SO proud everytime you lift up a product I already use.🙂 Another great video with a load of useful information. You're helping us to vote with our dollars,, which ultimately changes the industry for the better. If you have a BJ Wholesale would love to see a grocery run. You can find discounted memberships on Groupon or Retailmenot. BJs.seems.to have more organic items then Costco.
