I purchased my zx14r a week ago. My lord what an excellent bike. I'm 6ft 3 and it's comfortable vs my previous 600s. Gobs of torque are readily available. I respect the bike and I know it's outside my capabilities. I'm happy I purchased this wonderful machine in my 30s and not my 20s!

I'm a proud owner of zx1400r, iv been riding her for more then 6 years , yes iv use to own sports bikes over the years , from age of 13 ridding bikes now being 50 years old. When riding her above 6000 rpm, you are on tape with all it glory in torque. There's nothing else like it. It has all the bolt ons and Dino and districted. It's one of best fun iv ever experience then any other power house.

The ZX12R is the big ommision here for me. That was kawasakis original answer to the Hyabusa and Super Blackbird, but with a focus on handling too. It was the last bike to try and bridge the gap between Supersports and hypersports bikes and so was a bit divergent. Still a darn fast bike though.

Busa and Ninja is my dream bike.

I have the 2022 zx14r and absolutely love it. Just so smooth and comfortable with so much torque from anywhere in the revs.

ZZR 1100 before the blackbird!

I have driven almost everything out there. I am a writer from the age of 14 been through a lot of bikes there are a lot of nice and fun bikes out there my favourite bike of the all that I still own is the 2004 zx12r . Sad to see that it is forgotten

I would have thought that the K1300S would have been an also ran with the Blackbird @ 175bhp, it ain’t no slouch…

The zzr 14 looks like it's still stuck in the early 00's

Thanks for your views. I'm sure everyone's top 10 list would be slightly different but I think yours is not too far away from mine. Just one thing, the H2 SX engine is totally different to the H2 engine. They only share a crankcase. However, with a little tuning to remove the restrictors, getting 230+bhp out of an H2 SX is pretty easy/cheap.

Ummm how is the slower Hayabusa higher or the list than the faster ZX14R 🤔

i wasnt a part of the gentlemans agreement so the top speed limiter has been removed from my zx14r. loved seeing video with moore mafia since he tuned my bike.

I'm happy that the Busa came in, as well as Ducati.❤️

Since my last post I have purchased a 2018 H2 sx se that made 271 hp atw , and a 21 H2 Carbon I’ll have on the dyno in a couple days, 21 zx10r , 202hp .

I've recently bought the same model ZZR 1400 as you after coming from a Blackbird, wow what a bike! Like your content keep it coming.

My dad has a 2006 zzr1400.. I've rode a 2003 blackbird. Awaiting a ride on his 1400 to see which I want to buy myself. What's your views on the comparison between them. I love the blackbirds, just don't want to buy one and regret no buying a zzr.. 😂

Hei I came from a blackbird last year, over to a ZZR1400 I love the bike, but I honestly think the Honda was a bit easier to service, example, battery under seat XX , ZZR remove side fairing And so thigh to fit 😀 and a bit better cuality on parts, But the ZZR is faster and have more grunt. I loved the XX and of course I love thZZR to❤️❤️❤️

I was curious about de zx11 (my favorite) ... fastest bike for year despite de weight ... it doesn't appear on your list ... mine is now 1109cc (2mm bigger pistons because high oil consumption, rebuilt the engine, incredible take off for a 25yo bike !!!)

Wait, beginning you said not comparing modified bikes, then you put the busa in front of the zx14r because when modified you can do this and that. Kind of ruined your list bud

Sorry but the blackbird was nothing compared to the ZX11. The Ninja 900 was truly the start of the speed wars. Then came the ZX10 then the ZX11 of 1995 was the bike to launch the all out war of speed and aerodynamics. I had a brand new 1995 ZX11 d model and that was a beast with its ram air technology.

2 of my bikes made the list. I have a zx10r and 3 zx14’s, 08,16,21 . In stock form the zx10r is faster than the other bikes , and the zx14r’s are faster than all the other bikes . Other than the h2 .

I've done 170-175 on my brand new 1986 ninja 1000 back in the day, but realistically you can't go around doing that regularly, back then I lost the state police, Twice, once with my gf on the back, it'd be great if you had your own track but driving it daily as I did, even in winter months you can't use the speed.

I totally agree, it was always going to be a difficult video to make, as the first 8 of them at least could be swapped about up and down the order, and the funny thing is that it's not all about the horsepower, torque and weight of the machines, so I tried to find out as much as possible with regard to their top speeds, 0-60s and quater mile times to rank them instead. I was also conflicted by the hayabusa vs zzr1400, I really wanted to put the zzr ahead of the busa, but alas I knew that the hayabusa has far more pedigree and reputation for speed, I though it was only fair to put it ahead, especially when you consider the modding scene. Thanks for the feedback! 🙂👍

H2s get 80, 90 miles for a full tank of gas 😒 my 14 can go around 200 miles

You can't honestly do a top speed test on a bike that is restricted...do a real test after tearing the chips out of them

You missed the Daddy of them all. The one bike that started the power wars, the ZZR1100! Fastest production bike in the world for 6 year's and it took Honda that long to dethrone the king. With the Blackbirds bigger displacement only marginally faster in top speed and acceleration. But on roll on tests the ZZR was faster! Just goes to prove how good the ZZR1100 was. Wake up man! How could you miss that one?
