lol wow! it's a game that came out in 2014 and at only 1080P. Also Sony shutdown the studio because they were afraid of it being better then GT. Anyone who thinks DC looks like a PS5 game needs their eyes checked or are still on a 1080P TV in 2023.

All these games NEED a PSVR2 add-on/version. All the driving games that will follow VR will leap ahead of all others. This is a very correct prediction.

I feel just cause 4 should have made the list. I feel it's more of an open world racing game than driveclub PS5 is.

Can you disable background music on this game or any other PS5 game? Especially racing games coz' I can't hear the sound of the vehicles and being drowned by those freaking music it's annoying after a while and I just want to hear the sound of what I'm playing and totally disable all music.

@@michaelm8874 a few weeks ago I was lucky to get a brand new sealed DC disc from a local dealer.

Isle of Man TT 2 and 3 are open map motorcycle games where you can pick your roads (but can't drive off road), but Ride 1 through 5 are definitely not open map or open world, though I wish it offered an open map in addition to the tracks. The Crew 2 is open world with bikes but online only. Test Drive Unlimited 1 was open world with motorcycles, as is Burnout Paradise with the DLC bikes. Sadly, real world manufactured motorcycles are often DLC in open world games.

I will add one more comment about incorrect information: Need For Speed Rivals was released on 2013, not 2014

Half of these games aren’t even open world. And drive club’s servers have been shut down since 2020. Still a great racing choice, but only in single player.

@@jack-of-all-trades1234 I agree, unless it’s been a proven powerhouse Ie: gta online, fortnight and so on. I always buy a game for the single player aspect first. With that being said, I bought drive club a few weeks ago for $5, knowing to not expect online play and I was amazed. Would kill for an open world drive club type game. The physics are a perfect balance of sim with arcade. Not full sim like GT7, but not full on arcade like NFS.
