Most wanted and Hot Pursuit were the games that revolutionized the franchise!

Need for speed always adapted to the times it released in, but man the early 2000's rock underground aesthetic is just perfect for this game

NFS Most Wanted 2005 had the best enginuity and graphics. Everything about that game was just flawless. Still my favorite NFS so far ❤

It's a fantastic game but my favorite will always be NFS HP2 for PS2. That's the game that got me into NFS and the first NFS game I ever played and will always be my favorite.

Wow the improvement in graphics from around 1999 - 2009 is so dramatic. It's like every year there's a significant jump in realism/graphical fidelity.

it's because this video i flawed !! Look at i.e NFS III - Hot Pursuit - it had already accelarated graphics - blurred textures, light effects and so on - I played it so I know - while in the movie it looks like totally ran without 3d graphics card on !! Also NFS II was accelerated if you had Monster 3dfx !

NFS 2015 Underrated

I think Underground 2005 is turning point about Graphics and HEAT 2019 is the best graphics of series.

Amen! It really went downhill after Carbon even tho undercover was acceptable - shift was a flop - I remember like it was yesterday. Underground 2, Carbon and Most Wanted were so good. Story wise aswell. They werent perfect by far but they just hitted the spirit of the time. Farewell childhood.

NFS Underground changed everything

You feel old when you see games you played since 1994. And stopped playing after Carbon. Times fly, but I still play Need for Speed Porsche Unleashed from time to time.

NFS: Hot Pursuit 2 is my favorite. The Underground and the Most Wanted still feels like some new games that I didn't tried :D

NFS Porsche is the best NFS by far

Underground, Underground 2, Most Wanted, Carbon & Undercover (with the exclusion of Pro Street) was such a God run in game production.

To me, true Need for Speed was from Underground to Carbon. Underground and Underground 2 were bombs back in the day. To me, they put NFS on the map, and I don't think anything since has beat the games from that time frame.

For me, I stick with the classics. I played Need For Speed Road & Track, Need For Speed III Hot Pursuit PC and Need For Speed High stakes for the PC and I was only 3 years old when I first played them. I did play NFS Rivals and still play NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered. But High Stakes is where it's at for me and still playing it!

My heart will always be with the original in 1994. It was my first NFS game and my favourite NFS would have to be III and also the original Underground

As someone who played NFS 2, NFS 2:SE, Porsche Unleashed, Hot Pursuit 2 Underground 1&2, Mostwanted, Carbon, ProStreet, Undercover, World, The Run, Rivals, Hotpursuit 2010 and Heat, this time I chose Forza Horizon over NFS Unbound. That's really sad
