I have a feeling that Sully wished that he would want to have kids and become a dad someday 😢, knowing him he wants to make choices in life, as he took care and protected Boo from other monsters going after her I could see him become a father and have a great family someday 🙂

In “Onward,” Ian admitting to Barley that he was both older brother AND father at the same time ALWAYS makes me bawl like a baby! Heck, even just seeing it in this video made me tear up

Marlin is definitely the best A fish literally traveling the entire ocean/world to find his son. It’d be like finding a needle in a haystack, but Marlin’s love for his son overpowers that impossibility

Coco was just heartbreaking and I bawled my eyes out. ESPECIALLY when they sung remember me

Sulley was actually based on Pete Docter's experience on becoming a father when Monsters, Inc. was in production.

in the short even if Alberto felt like Massimo didn’t want him around he still cared for him since he attempted to stop Alberto from leaving and it was sweet and shocking when Alberto called him dad

Top 3 (In my opinion): 1. Marlin 2. Bob Parr 3. Hector Rivera Marlin and Bob are the most common and iconic dads in Pixar that you would see working very hard for their children, for Hector we just see how much of a dad from his past!

I love how some characters here are not biologicaly fathers but fathers at heart.

Onward makes for the PERFECT Father’s Day movie for all the fathers and father figures IMO

You forgot to mention Doc Hudson, while not Lightning's biological dad he does take on the dad role in Cars 3 when Lightning has flashbacks of Doc and how Doc wrote letters to Smokey about how proud he was about Lightning.

Richard The Imaginator I think he works as both a big brother figure and a father figure. Their bond was, in my opinion, one of the best parts of that movie.

If Flik actually married Princess Atta then that would really mean & make both Flik & Dot Brother & Sister in Law & also would make both Princess Atta & Dot’s Mom Flik’s Mother in Law to make a lot of sense when you even think about it

My favorites are Sully, Fergus, Jing, Henry and Marlin

These videos on Disney warm my heart & fill my tear glands.

My dad passed away when I was 16 it was the hardest and still is time of my life, onward always makes me bawl like a baby 😭

I lost my dad when I was a kid over 20 years ago, and there is a reason why Onward is one of my favorite Pixar films. So many messages of the film related to me, and the relationship between Ian and Barley was so wholesome. 🥰❤❤❤

My favorites dads is Charlie (Dory’s dad), Guilia’s dad, Henry, Jin Lee, Hector Rivera and Marlin they’re the best dads ever

Marlin honestly at first can come off as very bossy and too strict but when you realize what he went through, you can totally understand why he can be so hard on Nemo. It's the only child he has left so he wants to protect it at all costs

I love the honorable mentions of Pixar dads.

I think that Sulley would make a great parent after his experience with Boo.

I LOVE that Héctor Rivera made #4. Even though he wasn't a father to Coco for very long, he also showed great father material to Miguel. As for the 'fish' puns for Marlin, I think you may have gone a little 'overboard' LOL 😄

I know that WALL-E from WALL.E is not a dad, but judging by his personality he would be so great at parenting. If WALL.E ever gets a sequel, it should be about WALL-E and EVE having a kid of their own and trying their best to take care of them. Anyway that’s just my opinion. What’s yours?

King Fergus is my favourite Pixar dad. He gets Merida, gives her a bow and he's funny and encouraging 😁❤️ Also I'm pretty sure Riley's father is called Greg. Riley's mom calls him that in the first Inside Out.

Blood doesn't make a dad. I never knew my bio-dad but my step-dad adopted me when I was a year old and he married my mum. We're best buds and I wouldn't change it for anything

My favorite Pixar dad is Marlin from Finding Nemo he went on a resume mission to save his son which is adorable. Even though he is overprotective of Nemo but he never stop looking for him in the movie.

Hector was easily the MVP of Coco

Weeeellllll....Since Marlin is #1, and deservedly so! Can we agree that Crush should be #1-a? After all he did teach Marlin to let the little Squirt go solo! IMHO

Even tho I’d say Carl’s more of a grandfather, the way he learns to care for Russell, Kevin, and Dug is really beautiful and shows how much he’s learned to move away from his past. Just like Ellie wanted! 👍

Massimo is such a sweet dad 😊 I really loved how even when it was revealed to him that Luca and Alberto are sea monsters he still cared about them. Alberto calling him Dad REALLY warmed my heart and I hope Massimo adopts him at some point

They’re in Ciao Alberto. It’s a short similar to Jack Jack Attack that takes place in the film’s universe.

5:06 always gets me laughing but is he fake crying

I loved King Fergus's characterization in "Once Upon a Time," how he not only allowed his daughter to go to war, but hired her a FEMALE tutor (Mulan). And gosh, that episode where (SPOILER ALERT) Merida brought her father back to life for a few moments and he said how proud of her he was, I just cried (didn't help that was also the year I lost my grandpa). Season 5 may not have been the best of the show, but damn, did they do the characters of "Brave" justice.

I’m guessing even though he was hard on his son at first stoick would be on the list especially since he risked and had his own life taken from him to save hiccup from his mind controlled dragon
