A very Happy Father's Day to all the dads in the history of movies and tv shows!!!

Marlin is undoubtedly the best Pixar dad. He had such a rough start and went to such lengths to save his only son. He learns a valuable lesson about loosening the reigns, and the reunion between him and Nemo is just perfect.

I love these dads but there’s no one else that can be like my dad. I love my dad.

Marlin had dad jokes, scaled the entire ocean and got eaten by a whale. He is by far the best TV dad. He also found out how long sea turtles live despite what sandy plankton had to say -_-

Exact, Marlin really is a great dad, although he was a little overprotective, and for love to his son, he was able to be brave to cross ALL the ocean for save him

Marlin from Finding Nemo at first, when you don't get it, comes off as a bad guy but then after you realized what he went through, you can totally see why he is so overprotective. He is an amazing father. 😊❤💞

I also like Marlin's growth in the movie. He realizes that Nemo needs to explore and live his life so he isn't as overprotective at the end.

Speaking of dads, my dad cried when we saw Monsters Inc at the end. When the year 2018 hit, Christopher Robin came to theaters, made him think of his childhood

I’ll admit, while Jin Lee isn’t exactly one of my favorite characters in Turning Red, he’s quite a supportive and encouraging dad to Mei, and I appreciate him for that, unlike Ming.

Haven't watched yet, but Alan Matthews better be on here somewhere. He's the most underrated dad in TV. He worked hard, showed the struggles of not having time to always do what he wants with his family, was both a father and a friend. Plus he showed how you treat your kids friends like your own. If you don't tear up a little when he threatens the cult leaders life for Shawn, are you even human?

Alan Matthews is a great tv dad, it was wriitten that he was in the Navy and when pushed he was not to be messed with, that cult leader should have known that and Mr Fernny was a great teacher/ godfather to everyone
