Correct Toes, a toe spacing device made of flexible and durable medical-grade silicone, is a small but mighty ally when it comes to achieving and restoring optimal foot health.
In this video, we'll share with you the top 10 benefits of Correct Toes and explain why Correct Toes is, in our experience, not only the best toe spacer on the market but the most powerful foot health tool available to consumers today.
Number 10. Correct Toes makes your feet stronger and better able to support themselves. With time, patience, diligence, and dedication to Correct Toes use, most people, most of the time, can build sturdy, resilient feet that resist injury and stand up to life's many challenges.
Number 9. Correct Toes enhances your balance, weight distribution, proprioception, and toe dexterity. Correct Toes toe spacers are a foot health tool that help make your foot more versatile and responsive to the challenges placed upon it.
Number 8. Correct Toes allows you to become the best possible athlete you can be. Using Correct Toes as part of your regular foot care routine is a great way to build strong, healthy feet that will carry you far in your athletic pursuits and prevent the kind of foot and toe problems that sideline so many active individuals.
Number 7. Correct Toes encourages the development of your intrinsic foot muscles. Intrinsic foot muscles are important because they provide dynamic support for your main foot arch. With Correct Toes on, your intrinsic foot muscles fire more frequently, become stronger, and improve the integrity of your main foot arch.
Number 6. Correct Toes gives your body the most stable possible foundation. Without a stable foundation, you expose yourself to problems further up your kinetic chain, in your knees, hips, and lower back. Correct Toes helps you reclaim your stable footing and avoid musculoskeletal problems in other parts of your body.
Number 5. Correct Toes restores proper sesamoid bone orientation and helps prevent or address the painful condition known as sesamoiditis. Correct Toes is also helpful in addressing other types of ball of foot pain, including capsulitis, neuromas, and osteoarthritis.
Number 4. Correct Toes helps improve circulation throughout your foot, including in your plantar fascia. This helps prevent or address the heel pain associated with plantar fasciosis.
Number 3. Correct Toes stabilizes your entire foot and ankle by splaying your toes, which in turn prevents overpronation and helps fortify your ankle against sprains and other injuries.
Number 2. Correct Toes enables natural arch support, which is one of the true fundamentals of natural foot health. We're all born with strong, stable arches that can and do support themselves throughout life, as long as the ends of the arches themselves are stable, just like an arch bridge, which is inherently strong due to its shape and the level support surface on either end. Natural arch support therefore requires well splayed toes and a level surface for your foot to rest or act upon.
Number 1. Correct Toes addresses and prevents a wide range of foot and toe pain, ailments, and deformities. We've found that restoring normal and natural toe splay is an important part of addressing problems such as bunions, hammertoes, claw toes, other types of crooked toes, plantar fasciosis, neuromas, and hallux limitus, among others.

I got immediate relief from Morton's Neuromas the first time I put them on. I'm not going back to regular shoes - am sticking with zero-drop, barefoot, normal toe splay shoes - and I'll wear these for the rest of my life if need be. Walking pain free can't be beat.

We're so glad to hear it, Madison Heights! That's excellent news. Most people who try Correct Toes and healthy-foot-shaped footwear usually never return to wearing conventional shoes, as it just feels wrong to try to make the foot conform to the shoe, instead of the other way around. Anyhow, thank you for sharing your perspective and experience thus far!

My toes need to be corrected so this looks good. My problem with this is that you can't wear sandals. I rarely wear closed shoes.

Hi, Jeanne. Thank you for your comment. And thank you for your interest in Correct Toes! You actually _can_ wear the spacers in combination with most types of sandals. This video demonstrates how to use the spacers with thong sandals and flip flops: naturalfootgear.com/blogs/educational-articles/how-to-use-correct-toes-with-thong-sandals-flip-flops.

they just don't seem to provide much of a spacer in between toes, unless you were to wear them over toe socks. Compared to 'yoga toes' and such products like that, this spacing is very minimal. I realize you can't walk let alone run etc in 'yoga toes', and this is an appealing product for obvious reasons. I guess I just need to try it to see.

Hi, Brian. We appreciate your comment. We think, if you try the device, you'll find the toe spacing it promotes to be *optimal* (i.e., not too much and not too little, but just right). This is an extremely hard thing to achieve, given that there are so many different toe lengths and widths out there. But Correct Toes, being a highly customizable device, rises to the challenge. You might appreciate this article, which includes an in-depth comparison of Correct Toes vs. other toe spacers (including Yoga Toes): bit.ly/2WIAWzN. Please let us know if you have any questions about the device we can answer!

Might not seem like much (more so when worn with 5 finger toe socks), but I got immediate relief from Morton's Neuromas the first time I put them on. And while my great toes haven't completely straightened out yet, I now have space between my toes (happened in the first couple of months). I always thought I had fat toes... they were just crammed together.

Thank you very much for the information!! I have plantar fasciitis, and would like to try them - please could you tell me: can I immediately wear them all day, or should I start gradually? And they can be worn in shoes, right? That’s perfect. Do you also ship to Europe? Thank you 🙏

You're very welcome, C. C.! In terms of implementing the toe spacers, it's always best to start in slowly, using them for about 30 minutes the first day and then gradually building up wear-time from there. Most people find that they can wear the spacers for most of the day within a month or two (perhaps several months, in some cases) of adopting them. But the key is to gradually ramp up daily usage and not immediately start wearing them all day; your foot will need some time to make the necessary musculoskeletal adaptations. The spacers can indeed be worn inside shoes, but the shoes must possess a toe box that is sufficiently wide to accommodate them. You can perform the Shoe Liner Test (naturalfootgear.com/blogs/educational-articles/shoe-liner-test-pronation-explained) to help you make this determination. In terms of shipping, we do ship to Europe, so no problems there. We hope this info helps! Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

Essentially, yes, although Correct Toes is not rigid, but rather flexible and comfortable. The device gently guides your toes into their correct anatomical position.
