Any plans for an update on Rebecca? It’s been seven years. Thanks! I’m two months into using CT.

Rebecca eventually worked into wearing her CT for the majority of her day. She does run in her CT but doesn't sleep in them. She was/is very diligent about doing both the toe extensor stretch and the bunion stretch... and both of these are on our website if you haven't seen them yet.

I thought my whole life that at some time in my youth I must have worn shoes that were too small as my large toe kept growing inward, deforming my toes. This just became the norm until somehow I came across this Correct Toes foot correction device this evening. I just ordered my correct toes cant wait til they arrive!

Thanks for the additional info! I'll keep at the bunion stretch. My extensors seem to be plenty, uh, extended already - probably since I'm a guy and don't wear heels. ;)

This sounds great. I had an L5 herniation and ended up with a mild drop foot. After exercising and stretching daily ( 2Xday) now for 4 months I am beginning to walk better. I no longer have to lift the leg to walk, which is a relief. But, I feel that I am not putting down the left big toe properly when I walk. Very frustrating. I feel as if I land on the outside of my foot, so I get a little "foot-slap" when I walk. There is still a little weakness obviously so I am doing all I can to correct this. Would "correct toes" help in my situation?? Looking fwd to reply.

Thanks for checking out the video--we're glad you're interested in the methodology. Unfortunately we're unable to make any medical recommendations. That said, we're proud to offer remote consults with the doctors here, and they would likely be able to tell you whether Correct Toes would work for you! If you're interested, just give our office a call at 503-243-2699. Have a great day!

Thanks for sharing your experience Rebecca! The changes to your foot are dramatic! I'm wondering if you wore Correct Toes 24/7, during your runs/sleep/etc, and if you did any other kind of foot exercises or stretches to correct the bunion?

I am beginning to form a bunion on my right foot....I believe it's a result of an ankle injury three years ago that left me with ankle popping and a fluid pocket protruding outside the ankle joint. It i's particularly noticeable in the gym during weight training and impact exercise. I have been doing several exercise both from here and other videos. I''m in the process of saving to purchase Correct Toe. I have very wide, very flat feet. Do you think I can correct my bunion?

We absolutely believe that you can correct your bunion. The severity of each person's bunion decides the length of time to cure the issue. Remember to stay patient and if you have any questions during the process, please give us a call or email us at customerservice@correcttoes.com.

I have had burning sensations on the bottom back half of my feet after activity. I also have tingling in between my big toe and 2nd toe as well as a rock under the same (left) big toe feeling occasionally. I've worn orthotics for the last 30 years. I bought CT and zero drop shoes at REI yesterday. I'm easing into your suggestions. I went for a walk without orthotics yesterday and last night my heel plantar fascia was very sore and worrisome so I need to transition slowly. Any suggestions would be helpful in this process. I'm not sure if you've heard of the burning sensation before. I've had it for 5 years and cannot stand long at all but bike, hike, ski and then just have to put my feet in cold water afterwards. Thank you

You might want to subscribe to Squat University. They were explaining that most of the time the cause for plantar fasciitis is a circulation issue rather than inflammation. Plantar fasciitis is common in my family and so are circulatory problems. I have minor issues with plantar fasciitis compared to my family though, and that's probably because I switched to minimalist shoes. But I just started working on the circulation issues in my heel/feet as well as daily stretching, so we'll see how the rest improves.

mild bunion on right foot one developing on left. Foot specialist told me she beleived cause was overpronating and i am getting custom ortotics soon. Can these be worn with correct toes and/ or correct toes approved shoes? should I try to gradually get away from custom ortotics. I wore vans for a few years now and i beleive they along with my hockey skates are big culprits.

Hi Nick, they definitely can. To some degree you would be counteracting the purpose of your Correct Toes, but it would still be beneficial. You have the right idea in that we generally recommend that people gradually transition away from orthotics in order to give their musculature time to develop. Thanks for checking out the video! If you have more questions, feel free to send us an email at info@correcttoes.com or call us at 503-243-2699.

hello there! thanks for all the information. i'd like to ask some questions i have bunions on my both feet. the left one is not big but the right one got bigger in a short period of time. it is not under my second finger yet or doent hurt. i am using silicone stuff to prevent it getting any bigger. but what i always read is it cannot be fixed without surgery. is this right? and i am a swimmer so i have to wear fins, they are not too tight dont squeeze my feet but they are pretty hard. i am not sure if they could make my bunions worse or maybe help get better because they are flexing my feet. looking forward to your answer and again thank you for your useful informations. have a great day!

Hi Hazal! We're happy to put this information out there. In our experience and the experience of many of our customers continued use of Correct Toes has the potential to reverse the effects of bunions non-surgically. As our video "The Hereditary Bunion Myth" shows, bunions are primarily caused by improper footwear. Consequently, they can be fixed by wearing the proper footwear. That said, wearing your fins should be fine, as generally fins don't have too much tapering in the toe-box, and you probably don't spend the majority of your time in them. As long as you spend most of your day in flat, wide, and flexible shoes you should be on the road to recovery! Hope this helps!
