June 23rd Indianapolis nice video Smitty...I found the sizer resizer tools was a bit high...then I found a Transmission dealer tool supply company in El Paso Texas I can't recall the company name ..I got my sizer Resizer kit from them about $75 complete set 4 pcs..4L60E today am resealing servos 1995 ENJOY YOU ALL GOD BLESS

1963 I was born within walking distance to the Indianapolis 500 racetrack a small brick house that my Grandpa made often I drive by and take another look.. Grandpa wasn't my Blood Grandpa at all.. he at birth 1918 was taken to a Orpanage...and I his life he managed to raise 5 sons the oldest my Dad which wasn't his at all.. We dont even know of the father or my Dad at all ect.

Am just back from downtown Indianapolis Grey's automotive Machine shop est...1940 I asked owner son of father est. There was a war going on ....how did ya father start this auto.during the war....?.. He said my Dad worked at Indianapolis Chevrolet plant and worked on cars in our driveway..he was top mechanic around..he purchased machines that way...And my own father did the very same.my dad worked at Allison Transmission enginering.

Only thing about that is My Mom's father worked at that very same Chevrolet plant Indianapolis....back then the machine repairman was working on the press...my grandpa ran...however it was sloppy safety practices....there was no indication what so ever the big press had men inside and repairing was in progress.....a very wrong situation....My Grandpa fired up the press.....same as many days.....and the two men was killed

during WW2..the Indianapolis 500 race was canceled......1944 Wilber Shaw....winner of the race and worked at Headquarters of the 500 track ...was testing tires for Firestone tire and rubber company....it a interesting utube clip....Rubber and Fuel and public MPH limit on public roads...Men was at war the Indy 500 was canceled Wilber Shaw worked for IMS and the Firestone tire and Rubber Co. he travelled often Indianapolis to firestone Ohio I believe often...and Wiber won the Indianapolis 500 race as well....Quite a successful man Wilber Shaw

Hey Smitty I have a question my 3/4 clutch burned up cuzz I was not getting 3 rd gear I’m trying to take the input housing out and it won’t come up any suggestions. Took band off already valve body and servo but won’t come apart from the sungear I pull up and nothing appreciate it thanks for all your videos

Brute force brother...More than likely, the clutches have spun and/or welded themselves together. Sounds like you have some carnage on your hands tho...

Probably. I'm assuming it's a 2wd. If so, I would pull the tail housing off and use a bushing driver and a shop press to press it out and press a new one in.
