@@projay87 never had to replace my joy cons yet. To be fair, there was a period of time where the right joy con did spazz out and cost me a bunch of Smash Bros matches online. But somehow they fixed themselves and I haven’t had a drifting incident since like last year. I also use a pro controller when the Switch is docked.

Oh my. I remember playing the first game quite heavily on PlayStation back in 2002. It's kinda neat to see it remastered like this.

These games introduced me to so many songs and bands I still listen to.

What's multiplayer like on PS4? I've got the PC version, but it's basically dead. Just a few people who are really bad and no one else. I've never been in a match with more than 3 other players and even that is rare.

@@Marco_Onyxheart I played multiplayer a lot the first month the game came out and it was super active and fun. But then I quit PS+ and have only played single player.

People, we live in a world where Tony hawk remake and breath of the wild 2 exist on the same console!!!!

I would actually consider buying this game again because of this, it’s a really solid remake that’s definitely worth a try if you like the originals

It used to be we got the mainline games on Playstation and then there would a good but VERY different handheld ports.. Now we finally got the core game handheld.. I'm happy to double dip for this

It’s amazing that we now have an actual skate game on the switch

Finally now I can play this on the go. But still gotta put in so many hours to unlock alot of the stuff. Good thing I remember how to do all of it because I've had it on the PS4

tony hawk's pro skater 1+2 are really awesome game, Nintendo e3 are very awesome.

Looks good on switch.

I purchased and finished both Xbox and ps4 versions. I cant wait to take this on the go. I'm so excited.

I use to play all Tony Hawk's games with D-Pad

I had my Switch copy on Amazon pre-ordered a long time ago. :) I'm excited to get it in 10 days! I may have the game for PC but I am excited to play it on the go too.

Not since Tony hawk pro skater 3 on the GameCube have I ever played one of these. I wonder if they'll still include a menu for inserting cheat codes

They have a section where you can just toggle on perfect balance, always special, no bails and one more that I can’t remember in this new version.

The Digital Version is 12.2 GB so I think it's not going to be like What Spyro did I know because i just bought the game

I've waited for the Switch version. I know it's graphics are downgraded, but I always wanted a skateboard game on Switch. + it's on the go, which makes it pretty cool. Hope they will make a remake of Underground and Underground 2 aswell.

Been holding on for this game to get it in portable for switch. If 30 fps on the console then... I am thinking maybe I should just get in on a diff platform. Idk normally I don't mind 30 fps for certain games on the switch, but a sports game like Tony Hawk makes me want to do 60 fps

@@Loundsify yes I played the franchise on my PS2 and N64 at the time. But can't go back to low fps in 2021 when it comes to fast action games at this point for a remake

They got almost all of the old songs. 22 tracks are from the original games, with only 3 missing. But they added a ton of new music as well, so the whole thing has almost 60 different songs that you can toggle on/off or skip during gameplay!

@@BrawlinEntertaintment2K that was a game made by Nintendo specifically for the Nintendo switch, ofcourse it’s going to run better because Nintendo knows their own hardware. This game was most likely not made with the switch in mind and even if so their goal was to probably get it at a good 30fps, like most ports on switch

The game originally came out on September 4, 2020 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions were released back in March of this year, with the Switch version releasing on June 25. So yeah, a 9-month wait for Switch owners.

Funny story, I was actually considering getting the PS4 version recently. Now I’m getting this instead. (Also yes I know the performance could be bad, if it is, I still have another option)
