Wil do you see vibration or color when you listen to her sing? If you do with her or anyone else look up synesthesia. I have it. The lower register singing sets off the colors for me. I couldn't ever figure out why they did along with the color flashes. I only learned about it a few years ago. Now I'm finding people who can't explain why they love a singer so much most likely have it too.

It wasn't promoted much at all. I had The Heat CD around the time it came out, and it wasn't until at least 6 years later that I ended up finding the music video to this song. I didn't even know it had one.

These songs have a rich soul connections of which generations Wil never seize to listen till christ comes:

As a brazilian i don't believe it got viral recently but it's a very known song around here, played a lot on radios during the early 00's. I recently found The Heat in a secondhand records and i'm listening to it right now, great album for sure!

We love Toni in Brazil. Not sure if she went viral recently, but she is very famous and beloved by Brazilians. I always find comments in portuguese under her vids, feels like she never left the top of charts to me.

Look, I’m an American, Black female who was around 10 years old in the mid-90s. I’ve always loooooved me some Toni. I just heard this song today, because a beautiful Brazilian man sang it in a karaoke app, and I wanted to learn it to sing it with him 🤣🤣🤣 I don’t know how I missed this, but it sounds like it came from her Unbreak My Heart era. He also turned me onto Maria Bethania, but that’s a tale for another time. 😊
