Toni is a contralto, she can hit low notes (and the high ones, even though most of contraltos can't). But this vocal color are not thaaaat common, the most of the pop singers are light sopranos, that's why they try to do high notes (:

She sings the song like she's reading a book to you. The manner of way she delivered it is Whitney like but so powering. When you listen carefully you can almost see. Almost sounds like a Clive Davis work

@@swizzwizz12 And Cardi Is the only singer in existence? Can't you really spend 5 minutes to dig deeper if you really want some "serious" music? Plus I think it would be very beneficial for you to think why WAP is the first song that comes to your mind. Because in a twisted way it is written from the hearts of a women that saw inequality. You might see it only as a song about sex, but think about why. Why is it that way? And what about it triggered you to write about it?

@@swizzwizz12 And you might say "real inequality is between poor people and the rich" or something like that. And you might be right in the sense of it being way more important, but I don't think that means "smaller" problems don't exist. Male rappers had songs just as explicit as WAP and did not receive such huge backlash. WAP was called a feminist circus, when male rappers are given a pass.
