Next step is to widen my pallete and my airway- so that I can safely get my tongue released. After the expansion process.
👉If you have chronic neck, shoulder pain, TMJ, even tightness or hip pain, this series might be of great value for you. what started as a tongue tie release is really so much more about everything else that’s happening in the body. ‼️And FYI, in case you didn’t know, your fascia connects from your tongue all the way down to the tips of your toes. It’s incredible how many parts of the body are potentially affected by the fascia as it relates to a tongue tie.
The procedure I am planning to have is called a Frenotomy Aka- Tongue tie surgery. lingual frenulum. ankyloglossia But before I can get the tongue tie release, I will be entering a 19 to 23 month journey with the Marpe expander to broaden my pallet and open up the airways.
