After 31 turns of the Marpe expander, I finally feel like I've overcome the toughest part. My sleep quality has significantly improved, and the reduction in snoring is simply remarkable! 💤✨
I can absolutely tell a difference in my sleep now! I feel so much more rested! While the beginning was challenging, nearly a month into the Marpe expander journey, the positive changes have made the initial discomfort completely worthwhile. 🙌
