Mine is with medievil( i was super scared when playing this back then lol), bust a groove, kuna world, crash bandicoot 3 and gran turismo 1.I remember there was one trailer too, if i not forgot its metal gear solid trailer. Damn what a good ol time

Mine was the underground demo. i believe it had this, hotshot golf, metal gear solid, tomb raider and ffix.

This is my favorite game of all time, I wish it wasn’t so rare and expensive to find but that’s part of its treasure. You are very talented friend thank you for sharing your skills

You can get it on the psn store cheap friend. Failing that theres always emulation. But true. The disc version is very rare.

I'm French This game in french name Tombi, With i 😅 I found your video next hear the 1st music in my head. I had the demo of this game on old disc (I don't remember which CD / magazine number). But the demo for me ended at 13.06 on your stopwatch. With the old dwarf who say some else like "GoodJob, demo is finish, buy the game, ect" And reset the Disc Sooooo Nostalgic !!! 🤩 I want this Game !🤑

Never managed to get past the mushroom forest part... either as a kid or an adult. I'm 21 and those giant flower mushroom things that laugh/cry are nightmare fuel.

As a kid I hated that area. It killed my game. I thought it was one of the scariest areas in any game. As a adult, I still loose steam there too.

@@LoopyAnh I mean, you guys do know this was made by the author of ghosts'n goblins/ghouls and ghosts when he went away from capcom with his team right? It's only natural something nighmarish ended up in the game.

@@f12pushthekeys Would like to know as well. I have both of them but I acquired Tomba 2 later in my early teens because I was always such a fan of the first one as a kid. However, quite early on in my Tomba 2 playthrough I remember getting stuck somewhere (or not able to complete some part - i don't really remember), which made me forget about the game completely. To this day, I still own a copy of both but have yet to play Tomba 2. Perhaps one day!

What a fantastic game !

Cant wait to see how this will look remastered, although more curious about the music, to me the music was Iconic, the remaster will have a whole new OST

Wait, why do I remember there was some kind of queen of angels in the sky and I didn't see her in your speedrun? Also, I remember that there was something to do with the bell at the top of the bell tower and that Baron got wounded at some point and again, I didn't see it happening in your speedrun... Did I mix my memories with another game? 🤔

I had a doubt, so I checked, and as I thought, my memories of Tombi were mixed up with my memories of Wonder Boy in Monster World, which is not surprising since it is kinda the ancestor of Tombi, if you played both Wonder Boy in Monster World and Tombi then you know how much they have in common and how easy it is to mix up the two games. 😉 My memories of the queen in the sky was of the fairy queen in Wonder Boy in Monster World, for some reasons I came to remember her as the queen of the angels in Tombi, and my memories of the legendary bell tower was also of the legendary bell tower in Wonder Boy in Monster World, I don't know why I eventually came to think it was from Tombi. 😅 However, I still distinctly remember that the dog got wounded at some point towards the end of the game and I didn't see it happening in this speedrun, why is that? 🤔

How do you scroll the text and menu that fast? I know I play the PAL version but something seems sus.

Nothing sus friend, I do these runs live before I upload to KZread, in regards to why, you answered your own question, PAL is literally slower, I run on PSP too which has the fastest loads

Play the NTSC version and tap x as fast as you can during dialogue then come back and see if you think something is sus again. PAL is a lot slower.
