Once you've shifted the car into drive you can then pull the shift handle to the left which will initiate the manual controls. Then when you tap the shifter up or down, you'll be able to select between M1, M2, M3, and M4 manual gears which display on the dashboard screen. Thank you. I was wondering about this for my Cruze. I wasn't expecting a video specifically about this would exist online for the Cruze, but I'm glad to see it did! I tried driver shifting myself, but didn't see any gear number indication anywhere - I guess I have my steering wheel too high, covering the line of sight for that indicator. Will be fun to play around with this some more.

If you want to have fun, try shifting into reverse when your Cruze is moving forward.

This was a neat idea, however it started acting stupid after awhile in my buddies cruze.
You should produce a video titled, "How the Cruze pcv system does not work: GM developed the most flawed component in the history of automotive engineering."

What is pcv?
I can't move the changes down why?
I have problem shifting in 5th gear only,both automatic or manual it act like i downshift then start to slipping in 5 and 6th gear what wrong please

Either bad transmission or a bad solinoid or a bad control module I hope I don’t have problems with a transmission with the Chevy Cruze 🤦♂️
