ToLiss A321 Engine Failure in the Cruise! With a Real Airbus Pilot: Tutorial X Plane 11

Ойындар

Today we look at handling an engine failure in the cruise! Please keep the comments and suggestions coming, more videos soon.
I am a real world Airbus pilot with thousands of hours flying the real aircraft and thought it would be fun to have a look at the new detailed simulation of the longest baby 'bus by Toliss. Hopefully you find this useful and it brings another perspective to your simulation. Any thoughts or comments are welcome!

Even another real airbus pilot with few thousands of hours in A320 is impressed .... really job well done ... this comment is for all the videos ... I request you to do more type related supplementary and abnormals and challenging approaches either visual or instrument for example RNP AR approaches while as far as non type specific things are concerned I want to see more instrument flying training videos tips and tricks (you may fly them in A320) and airline procedures... cold weather operations low visibility operations aircraft descent profile and energy Management NATS ETOPS cold weather operations things like that... let me say again your content is top notch.. keep them coming

I'm really glad you enjoyed the videos Syed, thank you for your kind words. Some of those topics are difficult to do in the ToLiss as not everything is replicated but I will see what I can do!

A fascinating video! I was hoping you'd cover emergencies and abnormal operations at some stage, many thanks! Very timely, because the ToLiss has a nasty 'quirk' of dropping engine failures and other problems into flights, even with failures turned off! I'm very much looking forward to more in this series, and also to your live stream tomorrow! :)

Thanks for these fantastic content and teaching, really helping my immersion for simming! Hope to see more! Found your channel through a V1-simulations (another real world Airbus driver) live stream.

Richard V Ahhhh! I missed out on his recent stream! Did 320 sim pilot get a shout out? Sweet. We’re spoilt with this content recently.

@@flyusa24 He didn't get a shout out as far as I know, but I signposted one or two people here for answers to questions that @V1 didn't get time to answer in his stream. I assume others have come as word spread about @320 Sim Pilot's channel.

Hi, can you do a video on the coffin corner? Can you also cover MAS/IAS relationship, crossover altitude etc.

Depends. Only if it won’t delay the actions. On VHF you might given them a quick call as you do it. But what you can’t do is wait for a clearance.
