Tokyo-Seoul, part 3: Navigation, accommodation, transport, and other practical travel details

Japan and Korea offer great cycling routes and the video presents practical tips such as navigation, tickets, transport and how to find accommodation when traveling from overseas to these countries. There is no sponsoring involved, recommendations are purely based on our experiences.
A journey with bikes from Tokyo in Japan to Seoul in South Korea is presented in two other videos • Tokyo-Seoul, part 1: B... and • Tokyo-Seoul, part 2: B... . The journey started in Europe and the cycling was made with light packing during three weeks in late September to early October when the weather was mainly sunny and dry with daytime temperatures ranging from 18-30C.

The comment that Naver maps and Kakao maps is in Korean only applies the to web versions. Mobile version of these available have facilities mostly in english.

From my personal experience, Japan has better scenery and Korea has better bike paths.
