If anyone is wondering how the dog isn’t getting upset with Doc at 43:00 , it’s because of how they’ve set up demise this season. They’re using teams to apply the color to the names, which means that both Doc and Cub have the same team data. As such, the dog won’t attack someone on the same team as its owner. Using commands, I’ve used this function, which is part of vanilla Minecraft, to make certain hostile mobs non-hostile to certain players.

Kindergarten in Germany is ages 2-4 😁 essentially helps the kiddo get set up for success when they actually start school I don't know exact details but if it's like UK ones it can be either a half-day or full day and they get given basic instruction and playtime

​@@laurenbrender3671 That's right. although in Germany, it's usually 3-5, since most kids start school when they are 6 (there are exceptions though). But yes, Kindergarten is basically daycare where kids can play and learn basic things and there are both half day and all day versions of it.

Of *course* Doc would go TNT fishing whilst everyone else is enjoying a tranquil afternoon by the water. 😂 Never change GOATFather. 🐐🤘

I love how Doc is flowing with the narrative of us, his viewers. If he finally earned his goat horns last season, what will he earn, talking about aesthetics, from the Dr. Shrek dinamic

This episode was MEATY. First, you went golden HAM on the piglins, then minced the Beef and boiled it with a Sizzle. And finally you showed the heads of Big Salmon where they belong. Honestly, every time Doc uses allays in a sorting system, they're getting tortured. Either they're forced to burn for eternity, sit next to a pit of lava and zombies, or get called to work by a noteblock with a decapitated head. The last one kinda reminds me of the perimeter announcement system from S9. IDK if they're safer with him, or the pillagers tbh.

The hermitcraft season 10 theme has accidentally become “the seas haunted” as in everyone is obsessed with it lol lol

I didn't know I needed Doc as Shrek in life, but now that I have seen it, it's epic. He'd probably have a Goat named Goat as his sidekick if he was a real thing. I can really imagine Grian and Scar being the annoying fantasy creatures that took home in Shrek's swamp, as they're the biggest nuiscences of Shrekm77, and I can also genuinely imagine him yelling *WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY SWAMP!!!* To them.

The idea with a VODs channel is that there are people that would tune into the stream, but can’t due to work or other responsibilities. It’s a way for them to catch up and it doesn’t have to be edited. Just a raw dump of the VOD. But, I also understand your stance so either way. I’m just happy for the videos 😊

In this episode, Doc builds his least efficient farm yet: a player head farm.

there must be something in the german water. for some reason, no matter what flavour of technical minecraft, germans are always there! even in modded, it was a german dude who made the original industrial craft and IC2 mods, who basically started the whole genre of tech mods and inspired the creation of factorio. it also was a german dude who made greg tech, which is one of the most technical mods in existance!

Doc doesn't give up, we should all know that from last season lol those salmon are gonna be met with something crazy sooner than later. I can't wait to see what happens!

That was a cool way of introducing the newcomer Skizz to how Doc dose things. Killing with kindness.

That intro was already epic in season 9, and the projects being were next level. Now Doc have upgraded to an even more epic intro song. What will the machines be ?

The whole time Doc was talking about how he didn't want conflict with the big salmon, I was thinking "there's a twist, I know it!" and then audibly cheered when the monument blew up. Anyone that was doubting him should know better, really. Those that know Doc know that he won't go down that easy!

It's the end of exam week and there is no better way to end it then to jam out to the best intro I've ever heard and watch the GOAT grind, optimize, automate, and thrive Can't wait to see what you've cooked up this episode

For the livestreams, having a VOD channel separate from the main channel which just posts and archives all the twitch VODs is invaluable to me as a viewer, since Twitch eventually deletes older VODs and they're gone *forever*. There are moments I watched on stream and I've thought about years later, only to try and go back to see them again to find that it's gone now and I'll never ever see it again. Alongside that it's also just more convenient to watch a VOD on youtube than it is on Twitch for me, the playlist feature on KZread is really nice for organizing watchlists and similar.

Every time Doc has ever said, "I give up, you win" it has escalated. Rapidly. The Big Salmon carporation shall not be victorious.

In my [admittedly long] student career, the professors with the best true/technical understanding and working knowledge of their chosen field have been German. I count those professors among my favorites; I learned *so* much from them, and still dream of aspiring to their level in my own work. Is that why I enjoy watching Doc's vids? Might be. He's got the Hive Mind, but he's also got an accent like my old professors, and he produces the specific-technical kind of violently ingenious applications that might as well be a stereotype of Germanic Engineers. And he's got a thing for tomatoes. Inspiring yet relatable, with a comforting accent. Don't worry about the video editing, nor the final length of the videos you post. I think your fan base is here for the long haul.

Now that I started watching 10:00 The totally innocent raiding for armor trims segment as if you didn`t just waterlog the walls of a box to contain the explosion of, I guess, 200 TNT Blocks. The suspension is killing me. And the way you looked at Rendog with his ridiculous low tech "mud farm", no comment needed. I feel extremely entertained and I am just a sixth in the video.

Idea:- You can make opera with animal sounds. It can be collaborative with Etho. It will be even cooler if you can play different songs. One time I saw Etho use chest with deferent item as memory for the song for Papa-K.

45:26 This kind of smart, walkable, mixed-use urbanism is illegal to build in many American cities. Memes aside, I love that nether roof hub, I can already see it developing into something that looks like a cute little village but instead of houses it's just housings for nether portals and when you go through the "door" and step "into someone's house" you appear in their base :D

Thank you Doc, and your fellow hermits, for making such an effort to give future generations a good example. As someone who doesn't have kids, you give me hope for the future of humanity
