Tips on being more Feminine. Here's a rundown of the video 😘. 1. Work on your inside first before the outside. 2. Have a routine or a feminine ritual ( eg self-care, do you, take care of you) 3. Cleanliness and creating beautiful spaces (create an area in your home that makes you feel clean, beautiful, attractive and good ) 4. Be more open to receiving (you can ask for help and receive it: help. Allow yourself to be taken care of sometimes) 5. Be open to receiving compliments and don't feel bad about it. 6. Be compassionate and giving 7. Do something creative once in a while (do something fun like listening to music or dancing or painting).

I really appreciated the reference for men and becoming their peace. I feel a lot of feminine videos today are only about attracting men and what a man can provide YOU only, it's never about a team relationship.

Feminine energy is needed especially at work. I was at work yesterday and this new employee tried to tell me how to do my job ! I was amazed because I never experienced confrontation with anyone at my job till new people came along this month. I had to breathe and not react at the sound of every remark she made. "You should do it this way", "You're not doing it right", "Grab it like this". I rested in my feminine energy and decided to speak my mind but she wasn't taking the hint. I took it to the managers to address my concern with an employee that refused to give me my personal space. Ladies some people aren't worth our energy nor time. Remember who you are and remember to breathe.

@Kenisha Harty- that is my vibe too, always complimenting other women. Even my patients in the hospital or in clinic, I look for at least one thing to compliment each patient on before I start an assessment or propose a treatment plan

I know this video isn’t about men but I loved your tips on receiving. Today I went on my first ever date (I watched your video again yesterday) and I just allowed him to pay, open doors for me and take lead. Before, I always assumed that I wouldn’t let a guy pay or other traditional roles because I was capable on doing these things. But, I listened to what you said and It was so refreshing and It really heightened the experience for me! So I’ve never been a “feminine” type of girl! I’ve always been a Tom boy since childhood and I’m super independent and rough around the edges, borderline abrasive (because of the way I was raised) but I just entered my 30s and I’ve always aspired to just be classy and feminine and tap into my feminine energy. This video really has opened my eyes. I don’t want to lose my edge though because I really do love that part of myself BUT I aspire to be more feminine (if that makes sense). This was helpful! Any tips on not losing your edge while embracing femininity?

I love when you talk about femininity. Love all of these tips. In my videos, I frequently share that we should have one day of the week where we slow down and take our time. As women romanticizing our life helps us to tap into our feminine energy. Femininity is less about doing and more about enjoying life's finest experiences for instance an inexpensive way to tap into our femininity is spending time enjoying nature. Simple as that! Also, a great way of giving is by volunteering with children.
