This is a beautiful home! The only criticism I would have would be; since this is a tiny home, storage space is a must, so you don’t want to have any dead space not utilized, with that in mind, that dead wasted space under the stairs should be used as a pantry. Otherwise this tiny home is stunning! Cheers

Suggestion: Make the closet all one across the space and put drawers under it. Cover with a floor to ceiling curtain across the entire span for ease of access. The way it is currently, there's a lot of wasted space.

Love the color pallet, the tile, the wide steps with a normal rise. At 72 I could use those steps easily. It is very beautiful. The only thing I would change is the appliance color to white. I have had copper tone, harvest gold, black and stainless but would love to go back to the white. Really stunning with the gold. And great price! Thank you for showing.

The color of the home is beautiful. 🎉. Bedroom: Like the built-in dressers. Would like built-in hidden storage space inside the closet. A half window that can be opened for ventilation and for emergency exit. No to washer and dryer in bedroom.(Trying to sleep when washer and dryer is needed to be used is a no for me) Bathroom:Love the color of the shower and built-in. Just needs a seat. No to linen cabinet over the toilet. Things can fall over on it or in it. A built-in the wall linen cabinet can save space. Kitchen: No to microwave over stove. Air/heat unit needs to be on a wall in living room. Built-in storage inserts under the stairs facing the kitchen. Double stainless steel sinks no country style. Or single stainless steel with cutting board and drainer. Refrigerator stainless steel and dishwasher. Living room. Move the built-in a few inches from the front door.. Porch: Screened in. Skirting matching the blue color around the home. Be careful of your knuckles knocking against that real wood😂

I am usually not a fan of gold fixtures, but this I really like! Very well done. This is on my list of favs!!

the floors n gold caught the eye

Absolutely no on putting the mini-split head directly above a cabinet, especially if the cabinets are recessed on the top and not finished out. A pocket of cold or warm air will form and cause the unit to shut off. You did this with mine and I had to have it moved to another wall.

Also the TV connection is below the big window in the loft. So the TV would be in front blocking the fresh air??

Yep. I truly love my tiny home but sometimes I wonder how much thought goes into making design features useful, especially for older folks.

I am SO glad to see how THESE pants fit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now back to tiny house hunting I go............

A traditional “Transom” widow was always a window that pivoted out for flow of heat out from higher ceilings. That’s what is confusing to those of us over 70-75years. But, of course we didn’t have a/c before say 1965 or so either.

Love the tile in bath & kitchen but I’d like a double door to walk in kitchen & porch there also then I’d think the frig should go where the little counter turns then continue counter on side of frig but over all nice colors and flows well

A higher ceiling would increase the livable floor space beyond the 399 square feet of living space. It would then lose the RV status, and become a taxable structure on your lot. The loft doesn't count as part of the square footage.

I love the front porch I also that Coral front door is just exciting it makes you want to come into your home.

I loved this model and would only do a couple of changes. I don't like all those windows. I would only have the transom windows in the living room and downstairs bedroom. I would put a door next to the closet leading to an enclosed porch. Plus appliances in stainless steel and no dishwasher. I love this model.

I like this one. I would have that washer and dryer nook as a laptop work space with USB ports, outlet and Internet jack. Or alternatively additional storage space. The matt doesn't scare me, I used to rent. Also there are so many portable mini washers now that are easy to use and set up. I would rather have that extra space available. Only my personal preference 😀

I love this home with a few changes 1. Do away with all the gold have black instead and 2. In the bedroom I would like a full size Washer&Dryer do away with 1 of the closets and move the drawers down some to make the remaining closet bigger with double rods, the top rod being close to the ceiling 3. Finish it off with a barn door 4. Gas Tankless water heater with that it would be PERFECT! Is those changes possible Mr Tiny🙏

Beautiful outside colors, just want a screen porch yes, love the hutch and white cabinets. Like the explanation of the windows also ! I like the full window in the bedroom in the event you need to get out in an emergency. Like the 4 drawers in the bedroom. Would like some shiplap in the bedroom on a wall to break it up and some character. Loft is good size to have an extra bedroom and also good storage. Really like this one. Happy new year and like the flooring.

LOVE it! But, can we tweak things a bit to customize to our liking? I don't care for 2 sinks or the farm house sinks. Just 1 sink dropped in. Also, where you said to put a small table, can the counter be extended then put a stool there? There's my table. Also don't need full size windows in the living area. Maybe do the same windows as up top but can open. That allows more wall space. I would also screen in the front porch so birds & critters can't hang out in there. Having had both a screened and open porches, that has happened. So what do you think about all that?

Where does the 399 sqft come from? 11' x 45' is 495 sqft. Subtract for the porch and 11' x 35' is 385 sqft. I'm a fan and love these, just trying to wirk out the math.

I love your videos Mr. Tiny, but some architects may want to gently correct your Transom vs. Clerestory windows. Its about location, not if they open or are fixed. When placed on the same wall and directly above a door or window then it is a transom. If they are placed above an abutting roofline, that is inset to another roofline that is clerestory. By the compact nature of tiny homes there are no abutting rooflines, so they are all transom, although I suppose you could debate the second decorative roofline with dormers. Call them whatever you want! This Kingfisher is nice. Can you tell me why there doesn't really seem to be any conventional single wides with the same style features of a tall ceiling, lots of windows, and real exterior design like on the tinys that you featue?

This is a really nice model, but, why is the mini split right on top of kitchen cabinets? Defeats the purpose of finishing the tops for decor. Could it be moved ? Happy New Year's to you Mr Tiny!

Mr. Tiny, can you find me a tiny home with this: 2 bed/1 & 1/2 bath, w/loft with storage and bed nook, side by side his and hers closets with dresser, fits queen bed. Designated laundry area with storage, farm sink, dining table area, back/front porch. Weight limit for roof for snow. We are moving to MT. Can you do this Mr. Tiny!? This is all my wants under 400 sq ft! Ty Cat!

One thing that doesn't make any sense to me is why do you put a full size dishwasher in when you could use a drawer kind, it's about utilizing the small space itself even cabinets for spices that could be utilized above the head in kitchen etc, looking forward to seeing what you will find up with tiny is nice but not if the space isn't utilized properly to accommodate js

Front door is backwards, hinges out for burglars. Maybe because door would hit the entertainment center.

In the other lofts, like the Tumbleweed, the bedroom downstairs is big enough for a queen size bed. This one doesn’t look like it would fit. Does it?

I really like this plan BUT why can’t you put the breaker box in a spot that can be covered with a picture or painting? Is the counter top real marble or fake? I don’t like the open washer/drier spot in the bedroom. What can be done to change that?
