Every time I think I’ve seen my favorite house, someone comes along and tops it! This is spectacular! He basically built himself a mini mansion for $100,000! It’s so beautiful!

For me, this must be one of the most beautiful and livable tiny houses I've seen. The kitchen, the bath, OMG that bathroom, are so thoughtfully laid out and their functionality is amazing. They don't look like something just placed in a corner and where you want to get in and out of as quickly as possible. Not only is the home itself beautiful, so are the grounds he has around it. Nico, I love, love, love your home.

The Murphy bed, added to all the rest, puts this design at the top. I don't know why I don't see more Murphy beds, they can eliminate need for a loft.

I love how his home/house is conducive to every aspect of his life! Exactly as he put it, "it's mindful living,,, intentional... everything has a purpose."

Nico, I am so happy for you. I can feel that you are at peace. This is the most beautifulest home I have ever seen. You design every inch with style. The bathroom is amazing! I love how there is no handles and everything is concealed. And how you can change the color of the room is amazing! The white 🤍 represents elegance,beauty, and class. This is your calling. WOW!!! This gentleman should design Tiny Homes professionally. Nobody is doing a clean and modern aesthetic like this. It is also quite zen and very considered. Nico is such a lovely and creative soul. I wished we could have Tiny Homes/Communities here in Ireland!!

This is awesome, he thought about everything when building his home. I love how the toilet functions, not only it’s less work for him but also saves lots of water which is even better for the environment.

Loved this design! The first I’ve seen with a Murphy bed. The one thing that put me off tiny houses was always the low ceilinged loft spaces that are always the bedrooms. This design is great. He has an instant, no hassle bed. I really like the enclosed deck space as well. I also liked it when he said this was the third time he’d moved the house. That you can design your perfect space and then move it around with you wherever you want to go with no need for the expense of selling and moving on is just another plus point.

I love the whole concept, design and quality of this beautiful sustainable home. What a gem! He is so passionate about it, I wish him and his dog the very best in their wonderful home. Fantastic!!!

10/10, simple and highly functional layout, thoughtful modern design, outdoor escape zones encouraging connectivity and harmony with nature, love the mind soul balance aspect which is often overlooked in tiny home designs and deeply vital in a busy world, great storage ideas. The best I’ve seen to date! Well done Nico. You should be very proud of your tiny home. The ultimate reality of security, peace, contentment and happiness many aspire to dream but very few actually realise.

I was literally in tears at the end of this video. His words about life and the freedom he has now achieved was so inspiring and heart warming. I truely love the modern techy design he created, and there were many things he included in the home that I’d never seen before and went WOW! That’s so cool!… I would love to build something similar one day but with two separate bedrooms. The bath and toilet he included would also be on my must have list. That bath.. OMG!

When I saw the doggy door and he said he just let Dexter out, im like oh No what if he wonders and not come back? Then I saw the property is all fenced in. Im like, this dude belongs in my orbit! ❤️ Loves aesthetics, simplicity and luxury combined and treats his dog like a King 🙌

my goodness, just beautiful. Love the slickness. When you are in a tight place, you don’t want too much sticking out. The kitchen alone is a work of art.

I’m grateful that this video showed up in Divine perfect timing and order. Thank you so much 🙏🏼 for sharing this highly creative, practical, effective, smart, and gorgeous tiny home. I’ve been imagining, thinking about, and visualizing a home somewhat similar to this-small, (and even tiny), yet new, clean, beautiful, organized, bright, supportive, comfortable, practical, colorful, modern, surrounded by much nature 🌳🌲🏞️, and luxurious. And last but not least, I’ve also been practicing to FEEL-since our feeling state is our vibrational frequency that we radiate out-as if the sacred living space has already manifested (a known, powerful way to manifest since ancient times, though I haven’t mastered this yet 😅). This is the most impressive tiny home that I’ve seen so far, to include having features I had never heard of and/or seen before. 😲😃🤩🥰 I wish 🎐🌠 for all of humanity, especially my loved ones, to be able to enjoy such homes as well, if it’s in alignment with their own Heart & Soul’s 💖desires ❤️‍🔥.

This design was very well thought out.A plus for the murphy bed and cool table. I like that you don't have to move everything to get to something and that many things are hidden. The front door and blackout shade make the space so functional. The railings on the deck make it useable.

I prefer traditional design to modern but there’s a lot about this tiny home that I really love. And the fact it’s surrounded by nature and has fantastic outdoor space makes it even better. And can I just say, Dex is adorable! ❤️

Exactly! This is actually livable. I may make some changes, but if I didn't want to, it wouldn't matter. This is what I love about it. You don't have to change anything if you don't want to.

This is definitely the loveliest, most upscaled, most functional tiny house I have ever seen. Believe me, I have seen many. It's absolutely beautiful.
