    What a great video, Christine! So many of us want to make changes in our lives but have difficulty sticking to a plan and become discouraged. The steps necessary to make the change can seem overwhelming or time consuming. By taking one small step each day, it does become manageable and we celebrate when we accomplish our goal. Moving forward, it simply becomes a part of our daily routine. I definitely need to drink more water and living in Arizona, it's absolutely necessary, so I'm trying to keep water close by all day and consciously drink and refill my glass. As always, thank you for keeping us on our toes and helping us improve our lives!

    I just had a discussion with my granddaughter about this and decisions. I told her the brain is like a muscle…each time she decides to make a better decision, it will be easier to do so the next time!
