Hi Sinisha, we are now having an early spring here, flowers blooming, grass is green again and trees sprouting leaves! Oh yes, people having fun on the beach! The watch came in 60-61 (bouncy) on my G2+, that confused me as that is the gold range. Have you seen that on yours before? Or it is because the watch has several metals? Yes, one marine had a bad day for sure...

Gold range can be from 40 to 65... Even higher.... Bracelet is probably nickel plated or is just nickel... A lot of lead get into gold range and other things.

I have pneumonia and fluid in my right lung so I haven’t been catching up with videos. I figured you would be checking them out. I wish I could find small broken piece of shells that have smoothed edges. They would make it easier to make my crosses.. I,don’t know if the lakes would have what I need. But I can’t get any where right now. BTW THE WATCH WAS REALLY COOL AND LOOKED FAIRLY NEW. I HOPE IT WORKS FOR YOU. Sorry I forgot to turn caps off. Just feeling crappy.

Basia those blobs are called portuguese man of war, don't touch them they will sting you. their tentacles are very long when in the water, if you get stung use meat tenderizer on the sting. Really enjoyed the hunt. Great job.

Glad you came along and have some fun! This hobby is so exciting, walk and swing and wish and swing and dig!

You can always call the operator at Cherry Point or Camp Lejeune and explain that you found those and that you're looking for that person and they can put you kind of in touch with them. They won't give you their information but they'll take yours and let them call you. Then you can make a video showing the return.

Thanks for this info, I really didn't know where to go with these tags so I hope the Marine got them by now.

I was going to comment about the jellyfish but after reading through your comments I saw someone else already told you about them. Be extremely careful near them as well since their tentacles are super long, and when they are out of the water you can't see them and they can still sting. Not fun...

Both, I walk the cut first then hit the wet sand closest to the water.

Hi, no update but I figured the police knew what to do with them. The marine base is 20 miles from here so I am sure there's a lot of this stuff that end up on this beach.

I saw that and made sure not to show that info on my video. Large Marine presence in this area so no surprise to find the tags on the beach. Pretty sure he got them back pretty quickly

Yes, I'm sure the cops returned them. You did a good job. I was just leaving a suggestion in case you come across anymore on the beach. If their CO finds out they lost them they'll get reamed. Personally I'd be more concerned my SSN was out there. Replacement tags cost about $2.00
