Hi Vlad! Love your videos and watching this one makes me think of Tiago Forte’s PARA system - do you know it? I’ve been experimenting with a blend of his system and GTD. Tiago’s PARA stands for Projects-Areas-Reference-Archive so the current projects would be prioritised together at the top in an “01-Projects” stack for easy access and you’d move these notebooks to “04-Archive” when done - never deleting anything just in case an old project is revived! Wondered if you’d considered this setup in your redesign? Hope this is helpful. Gonna subscribe now. Love your thought process :)

Thank you 💚. I truly appreciate the feedback. Sometimes it gets a little lonely on this side of the camera.

I watched all series but still not sure what the purpose use of timeline? Isn't it same as Notes which essentially by default showing all notes? What is the main benefit or purpose of Timeline?

In reality, it is related to how Evernote works. All notes have to be in a notebook, and I have to remove the “completed” notes from the backlog notebooks. The only way to do that is moving them to another notebook. In the past, I would have many notebooks to archive information and my theory is that I don't need them because: 1. I rarely look for that information; 2. In case I need that information, tags and the AI-Powered Search will likely find it for me.

@@vladcampos so your "timeline" is some kind of archive of notes you do not actively work on anymore?

Re:"lost home." I wish it would reappear. I use EN on my phone for reference and seldom for creating. (about 98/2%)

I'm 110% with you on that one, but I don't think it will ever come back like we had it before. 😞
