as someone who didnt watch wrestling in 1995, this was a great summary
Steve Austin's first WWF match was against Matt freaking Hardy?!?!?!!!!?? WHAT!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!!???!??
I have said this before and will say it again, Sam has the perfect voice for voice overs
Suzuki... with hair? 🤯🤯🤯
The Fink wearing that green cap made me laugh way too hard 🤣🤣🤣🤣
1995: the only KotR thus far where the two schoolboys they hired to stand at the top of the stage are bigger wrestling legends than the winner
Thank you all for this! Favorite series. Know it takes a lot of research and time to do a video like this. Cultaholic is appreciated! 🙏🏽
Finally I've been waiting for another wrestling timeline video. 1996 & 1997 is gonna be extremely interesting. 95 overall was a bad year for WWF but a successful Kickstart for WCW and ECW

I might incorporate 'creme de la crap' into my lexicon after this video.
I started a binge watching journey in January promising myself to watch most of all wwe and wcw content starting in 1995 and since then im at the year 2000 survivor series quite a experience watching this era.

Royce is actually pronounced as "Hoyce" for anyone that is unfamiliar with the man.
I'm in a rush to get outside now, but I'm having this on in my background 😃 wrestling history is fascinating... especially the progress of women's wrestling
Sam, simple correction. Royce Gracie’s named is actually pronounced Hoyce! It’s a common mispronunciation across the board, even within the MMA community! 🤷🏼♂️ great vid and thank you for your hard work, the content is great as always!

I really enjoyed this video. I’d love to see some timeline videos from the golden age of wrestling in the 80s. Those would be some interesting videos.
Appreciate the research you do for these. Cant wait for more.
It's clear that these can take a very long time to make. But I also hope that you continue to make these timeline videos. Love to see them for most of the early 2000s makes me very nostalgic. I started watching wrestling on July 4th, 2002 and I did not realize that until your timeline video. I knew it was somewhere in that year but I wasn't sure when until I remembered everything that you started talking about after that point
Damn Sam, you can do a good voiceover
Happy to see this series is back. Can’t wait to see what other years you guys do for this series.
Love these videos was waiting for the next one to drop
Awesomely well-researched video. Thank you for the time and effort.
I watched that UFC event live !!!! When Tank knocked out Matua (in an annihilating crushing fashion ) after the ref stoppage , Matua's arms and legs were sticking straight up in the air convulsing , and Tank mocks him doing the stiff arms like poor Matua was doing on the ground !!! What a bastard !!! HAHAHA !! Track it down if you havnt seen it !
These timelines are great....1989, 1984, 1990 and 1994 would be excellent
This series specifically feels like content i should be paying monthly for. Keep them coming
Love these, thanks Sam
i absolutely LOVE this,. Im hoping to find other years available in your library which im pretty sure will be found. very clever u guys,. cheers!
I’m begging for more of these. I like the mid to late 2000s but I’m willing to wait. Just don’t give up on the series please
Thank you for this. Appreciate the work
Best series on the channel, thanks for this!
Excellent addition to the series, and the channel!
Love these videos. Great work , please do more ❤️
This is a great format. Please continue 🙏
Thanks for this because 95 is a underrated year! Now I know business wasn’t all that great in all 3 companies but between Bret Hart, Undertaker, HBK, Goldust, and Mankind work in WWF, Sting, Flair, Savage, Pillaman, and Arn work in WCW and Raven, Shane Douglas, Austin and the introduction to Lucha in ECW 1995 was a great year far as what was on the tv in my opinion. Not everything was great but damn sure 100c better than what we seeing today
Krush was severely underrated. Especially when he turned heel in the mid 90s. Could have been a decent opponent for the Undertaker or a heel challenger to Diesel during his run in 94/95.
@Thor-Orion

Good big man for Bret to work against too. Bret always did best when he could build the story with himself at some clear disadvantage.
Damn I was in 8th grade in 95. What a flashback. I remember alot of the WCW and WWE stuff. The long ago when dirt was just starting to get old. 😂

ECW in 1995 was truly Revolutionary Ravens ECW Debut Ravens Feud with Tommy Dreamer is a classic that Chairshot @ ECW Heatwave 1995 is the craziest Chairshot I've ever seen I'd say ECW was 10X Better than WWF And WCW Combined sabu Returning @ November to remember 1995 was awesome that entire Feud with Taz was perfectly done Paul Heyman was a creative Genius in ECW.

WWF and WCW sucked up until the fall of 1995 *Honestly ECW, SMW and USWA were the promotions to watch in 1995..
Do a 2006 pro wrestling timeline
Weird year for WWF and WCW, but still (mostly) watchable.
HBK didn't lose a title in the ring for something like 7 years. That is why no one believed he would job to Austin.
This series is the best ! ... 1995, not so much....although I did have the pleasure of attending a house show that year and seeing the 5 star classic of a match that was Mantaur vs Man Mountain Rock,so there was that I guess

1995 was more about WCW and ECW whearas in the World Wrestling Federation Ratings were extremely down the toilet
1995 was certainly an … interesting year in wrestling
At that May 13th show in Boston, Rikishi was double-booked as Kwang and Fatu. Did he do that a lot? I wouldn't think big men would ever work more than one match in a night.
I know they are a pile of work but I wish we got these more often
Noti gang
I went to my first ever pay-per-view in 1995 and it was SummerSlam I met Chris candido Tammy Bret Hart Rikishi Duke the dumpster droese and others a ladder matchbetween Shawn Michaels versus Razor Ramon
Don’t make us wait too long for years 1996, 1997, and 1998
I thought the 16 bit versions of WM the arcade game came before the PlayStation and Saturn versions, not sure about the 32x but I must be wrong
I really thought the Renegade was the The Ultimate Warrior for a while
kinda wild how great 1995 was for everyone not named WWF or WCW.
Can you do 2007 next
