TIMELAPSE INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION (ISS tribute 2031)
In 2031, after over 30 years operating in space, the International Space Station will retire. It will burn up in the atmosphere, and crash back to Earth in the Pacific Ocean at Point Nemo - a place where spacecraft retire.
But what will happen before the end of the space station’s life and 30 year mission. How many more astronauts will get to live onboard? When will the first Starship dock with the station? Will the first person who steps on Mars, get to train on the ISS. And will the station get to witness the launch of the first crewed mission to Mars.
A timelapse and timeline of a number of ISS milestones are also included in the video. From when did the first astronauts start living on the station, start eating plants grown on the station, to the first docking for a SpaceX Dragon capsule. And even the beginning of tests on a handheld 3d bio-printer, that can use an astronaut’s own cells to print bandages in space.

This 3 minute video is enough to make you think, even if it's "only" about the ISS. Very well done!
One of the best channel in the world! Good job and very nice videos 👍👍👍
I really learn so much from this channel than from my stupid school 😅😂

Me - I think we should learn how to file our taxes and learn about our history. School - best I can do is teach you about liquid magma and communism.

Don't go to college. Unless you really need to. I learned a million times more at work than in college. And you can literally just say you went and got degrees or certifications and people just believe it.

The grand ISS showed us it was possible and now we strive to make a space station around the MOON it's so amazing

@@RedScotland who cares, people sign up for wars but can't sign up for scientific endeavors? so long as they know what they're signing up for they should be allowed to do it.
My favorite channel, Your videos are so much satisfying and educational. My support from India 😊
commenting so the algorithm recommends to more people love the vids
Can you do a timelapse of first contact with extraterrestrials? like what we will discover and how many there are etc.
Can we all just appreciate that we can watch this amazing content for free?

@Zombies Eat Jerky Right. Concept, Editing, SFX, Narration isnt any work. But yes I am sure you are the expert on video production.
If I were a zillionaire, I'd have built the ISS just to record the insane footage of those Arora's from space [from 2:29 to 2:41]. Jeez that was mind blowing, & a billion times better than any footage ever recorded from the surface of the Earth. Thank you ISS.
Wow. This is such a cool video. The journey of the ISS is so exciting it's hard to fathom!
the best Channel i watch :)
Nice video. Thanks for the tribute. Humanity forever.
That's a nice and facsinating film. Thanks for for makinf
Amazing video 🤩
well done!
remarkable
Your videos are beautiful greetings from mesopotamia
by the time the ISS expires i'll be 23, so we still have time to make memories and such
Will there be a newer iss?

Yes, Axiom Space Station
NO! Man we need the ISS to be turned into a museum/monument! The starship will easily be able to bring peices back down.
♥️
loved how you credited the person who said the quote great video
Nice CGI!!
I hope the graveyard in the ocean gets cleared up
Ya
Why decommission the ISS, and crash it into the atmosphere to burn up, why not repurpose the station and turn it into a Spacecraft. Attach some engine, fuel tanks, bolt on a command module, long rang communication dish and send it out into the solar system with a crew to explore. Rename it the Enterprise and bodily go where no one has gone before. In all seriousness I believe it would work, retro fitting it for flight over orbit, it wouldn't be that expensive or technically that difficult, why scuttle a tested space frame already in orbit, worth millions of dollars, Elon Musk should buy the station and undertake the work, or a private company should buy it, or salvage it before deorbit under maritimel law and crowd fund a rebuild, what dose everyone think?

Because the station is already pretty maintenance intensive, constantly has to be fixed and will eventually need to be replaced. Sending people into outer space on it, would just be a suicide mission.
Gr8 doco .. I wonder what’ll replace it .. will it b more advanced .. will it have artificial gravity @ last .. weightlessness is so last century & unnatural .. can’t c why it’s a tech biggie @ all, in fact the advantage would b variable-G with the idea I have .. just think Donald Fagen’s reference 2 “wheels in space in the album trk “IGY” .. think spinning concentric spoked wagon wheel modules .. Technics Lego in Space .. exploration/reaching out (but under a real life Prime Directive) is “our destiny”.
why get rid of it if they can just replace the old modules with new one?
Globe whith curve water in the first...
It must be a better ide than the atmosphere...

Such a wonderful video! With your permission, I would be honored to repost your whole channel on Ganjing World platform. I will feature exactly your videos and channel name on Ganjing World. Waiting for a positive reply from your side, and many thanks!
When the iss crashes it will be the end of the iss but a new beginning of somtging new
Theres a big possibility for technology would reach its maximum limits if this tech would ALWAYS in the hand of the worthies.
Before the space station crashes down to the cold ocean floor they could quickly go out there and Salvage it and recycle them millions millions and millions of dollars of materials and reuse them for future space edit: upper atmosphere, Expeditions rather than wasting it
This is not what you see when your watching a boring KZread video your teacher made at your school.
Still see their using the tube toilet for them Kodak moments / ever think about a earth like bathroom on a oniell cylinder -liking the tube to much - need more food for more time on tube /look turkey day and have to wait in line for tube
What am I watching, "Armageddon"?
Seriously decmossiining the ISS should be illegal, make it a un world heritage site in space please!
why spend so much money just to destroy it? at least space x is making rockets reusable.

The ISS is getting outdated, with much better technology today. New companies such as axiom are/will be working on new space stations (not to mention SpaceX).
