This turned out looking so good!! I'm pretty sure it's the import tile that made it look so impressive. Domestic Canadian could've never looked that good. The other thing you did by keeping the back wall the same as the floor is made your eye continue up so the room looks taller. That's probably a good thing given the width. Always good to have small spaces feeling bigger. You shouldn't have the mold issues with that tile caulk. It's made a little differently and it tends to not mold the same as regular silicone caulk. Despite Adam's inability to talk like a normal human, you guys continue to do a great job putting your vids together and they're always fun to see pop up. Thanks for more show and tell as you build. It's looking fantastic!! Hopefully progress has been able to continue as winter rages on. Always looking forward to the next one!!

YOU GUYS! This video really has it all; beautiful design, impressive tile cuts, ᵖᵒᵒᵖ talk, and just all around good vibes. I am IN LOVE with your bathroom design and tile choice! Honestly, I would have never noticed the tiny imperfections but it's so true that the organic nature of the tile really just makes it feel completely intentional. I can't wait to come over and shower!

we figure the backsplash won't have much water poured onto it like the shower would, so we opted not to! In house applications kitchen backsplashes aren't waterproofed most of the time either.

Guys the tile job looks amazing, and what a wise decision on the tile (both selecting it and "approving" it)! Happy wife happy life, amirite? I am also a complete tile novice, but on the backsplash let me ask, would it not have resulted in fewer weird cut pieces if you had started from the corner and worked outwards to the edges? Then any small variations could be covered with the edge trim? The shower floor looked amazing though. Proper drainage slope is so important and you guys made it look so precise!
