I've been saying that as well. The NFL is going in that direction.

American sports specifically the big three have been dead for a while, but unfortunately, you have companies who shelling out massive amounts of money for TV/streaming rights and these players are being compensated more than ever while putting in half of the work to receive these record paydays.

2 things. 1. I agree that the best way to win football games is to run the football, control the tempo of the game and control the clock. Its basic football strategy. Coach JB always entertaining but Smitty is just a drag on the show. He just isn't entertaining which is what the job requires.

Austin Ekeler has been injury prone throughout most of his career. Being a bell cow isn’t his game. Darren Sproles was one of the most electrifying players during the time he played but he was small as hell. You gonna make Sproles be your bell cow? Common sense says you wouldn’t. Ekeler knows his game and unfortunately, as a running back, the old school running back doesn’t get you paid anymore. You can blame Mike Shanahan for that. He’s from that generation after all. Being a Swiss Army knife offensively is what gets you paid now. It is what it is🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

I disagree. I feel you need all sorts of opinions to make a good show. Like this is. There are times I disagree with all of their takes and that is what makes a great show, everyone isn't always right or wrong.
