    Oh I liked the brief game view at the end. Would love to see a video in the future of live game plays even if you're speaking in Japanese and can possibly add English subtitles or English commentary with it ❤

    I actually ended up buying a version of goita because of that anime episode. It has cards shaped like shogi pieces instead of actual shogi pieces which is kinda disppointing, so the mahjong-like tiles look amazing. Really want to get this game. Nice video. Thank you!

    Great video! I'd love to see some videos on Goat'n'Goat and 5 by 5 Zoo. Recently discovered Tanuki games who sells a bunch of Japanese games here in the US and picked these up on a whim.

    @@TheBoardGameDojo question 🙋🏻‍♂️ what happen if you win on lap bonus (so last tile is placed facedown), do you score using your second last tile (attacking tile) for scoring? And could you please tell us how to score in some of the advanced battlefield cards, there are special rules in Japanese that I don’t understand. Thanks 🙏

    @@jeremi84 Hello! You cannot win on an upside down tile so you would score based on the last tile (the tile you're about to flip over if you were to get a lap bonus). You do not count this last tile as a lap bonus.\ Some advanced ones (I'll try to describe what they look like) Red one with a single "?" tile - you get the same number of points as written on the last tile you play. For example, if you win on a 4, you get 4 points, if you win on a 5, you get 5 points, etc. The red one that has what looks like a white tile knocked over in the row - At the start of the round, reveal one of your tiles (you cannot choose 1 or the tiger/dragon tiles) -- if your winning tile is that tile, you get 6 points --if you win using any other tile, you get 3 points Let us know if that helps enough. Thanks for watching :)

    @@TheBoardGameDojo thanks for the translation! One question, on the red battle card that says “+ all player’s bonus points” does that mean every player scores their bonus points that round? Or only the winner scores with their own points, but then adds their opponents bonus points to their final score?

  • @TheBoardGameDojo

    @TheBoardGameDojo

    @@pete7421 It would be the latter. Each player only scores bonus points if they win the round.

    Hi. Great review! Did you try 2 player without the 8s? I heard that it is a pretty good variant; closest to the 3-4 player game.

    Have you played Town 66 by oink by any chance? Probably going to order Tiger & Dragon and a couple of other ones, but there arent that many reviews for Town 66. The numbers and color scheme remind me a bit of Kobayakawa.

    Hello! My copy of Tiger & Dragon arrived tonight thanks to Amazon JP! Thanks to this video and some Google Translated pages, I know how to play! Although, Can you help me with the English translation of the red battlefield cards in particular? The blue battlefield cards seem easy enough to understand. Thanks in advance if you are able to help me!

    Sure thing: The one that looks like a tile tilting over - When you start the round, pick one of your tiles. If you win on that tile, you get 6 points. If you win on a different tile, 3 points. the 4,8 one and the 3,6 are similar to the blues The one with just a ? is "score the amount of points as the tile you win on. For example, if you win on a 4, you get 4 points" the one with 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 you get 2 points plus every else's bonus points they would have gotten if they won (the flipped upside down tiles) Hope this helps and thanks for watching :)

    so each player gets a red or blue battle field card to make their scoring. Can everyone get a blue card, or one player get a blue and another a red card?

    Thanks for the question! The battlefield card is the same for everyone, you just put it in the middle of the table so everyone knows how that round will be scored. So no, not everyone gets one. You just draw one and that’s that rounds scoring. Hope that helps!

Como también el lexio, más el lexio Neo, con fichas de póquer!😎 Pero muy difícil de conseguir y sin saber si lo puedo comprar. Parece k España y Japón están a años luz🤷.
