I lost my father at age 12. My best friend passed away when we were 19. My mom died from cancer at 59. My ex girlfriend died from a brain tumor at 35 years old. Life can sure have a certain way of testing us. Although I've lost so many loved ones, I just turned 40 years old myself. Yet, I woke up this morning and thanked God for the opportunity to tell you that you're perfect just the way you are and although times get tough and life seems unfair just know that you are loved no matter what.

Sorry that you are so low. I've been there believe me. It didn't go in one day but took me 2 years to lift up away from hurt. Life and people are cruel. But there are good things about life that are hidden from yr mind at this min. Your heart will be healed 💛 and it will open to more love. Trust from me . I love you guys. We are all here listening to this because we are working to heal ourselves. It’s very beautiful. Every individual’s progression raises the frequency of the collective. We’re helping the lost ones when we find ourselves.

I'm always anxious and panics easily I am not a bodhisattva follower too I dont really much believe in God But somehow this really calm me and I am doing my homework with less distraction for the past 45 minutes I somehow feel the magic of calmness in this music I hope everyone have a good day

I forgive those who caused me pain through their thoughts, words and deeds and pray forgiveness for causing pain to others knowingly or unknowingly and seek not to react or return to any of such negative emotions or relations.

Counting my blessings I am healthy I have a beautiful healthy daughter I have a roof over my head I have a supportive family I am loved beyond my understanding I have food on my table every night I have a university degree

These fews day i've been following the Israel and Palestine conflic news because have a lot of people from my country working in Israel have arrest and killed.. i even watch the video that make my heart and soul broken. Finding some help to heal my mind. May peace happen to them
