I would suggest letting the light in, getting some fresh air etc. Connect with the outside and nature, and you won't feel so alone. I am 38 and developed anxiety about 18 months ago....out of nowhere.....before I could sleep in the middle of the street and not be paranoid, now I get worried in my own house always making sure the doors are locked

It is because We are intentionally distracted buy Our Society. We pay .ore attention to our Phones than the world around us now. We Put up false Images of being pure and of light and push away our own darkness. I have been aware of alot of things but recently I have began to feel and see the spiritual war and it's affect on the world. Let go but be mindful.

maybe there is no dark and light, maybe All is consciousness, and the terror, fear, protests, virus, politics, hate, greed, etc is just the denser vibrations/consciousness moving to higher/'lighter' vibrations. We may feel scared, fearful, 'dark' stuff, alone etc (feel it all cos e-motions are energy in motion and NEED to be felt to move through us/move on) but it is all moving to lighter vibration/consciousness weather we know it or not, believe it or not, feel it or not. Ideals , hopes and dreams will not always stay the same and this is the hardest thing to accept. When people say times a healer it really is , the longer you hold on to what os not ment to be the harder it is.
