I was playing volleyball n I got thumb injury in my right hand. If I put my hand on a table n then the bottom of thumb base joint which is touching the table is the exact location of the pain.... I tried to do these exercises but I was not able to do 2 of these as by by doing these It was hurting alot.... one is to hold the thumb with other 4 fingers....n the second one is touching the base of little finger n then pressing the thumb with other thumb....Could you please tell me what to do n is there anything serious
