the lace apron could be an underskirt pocket from the 1920’s, or inspired by the concept! that’s the first idea that came to mind, but, i could be completely wrong. either way, it’s a very beautiful and versatile piece 🫶🏻

Omg I didn’t even think of that! That’s pretty neat! I’ve heard of that long ago but makes sense since it’s sheer and lacy I don’t think the lady’s were wearing something so “sexy” over there clothing so makes sense it would be an underskirt!
Looks like a fun place to thrift! Super cute hat. Love the shawl too. That yellow and blue dress for your daughter is so incredibly adorable. I'm sorry that happened with the sequins on that cardigan. That stinks. Ok, that green jacket is awesome!!! You found some great pieces!!! I hope you did well at the event!

Thankyou Thankyou!! It definitely was a good time I’m just not a lover of the heat so I get really cranky 😂 I hate being hot!

@@FunkyKoolThreads You and me both! I get sick when I get too hot, so I can't stand the heat. That's a big part of what I love about living in Michigan. Give me all the fall and winter weather! LOL
What an adorable clown she was too! I totally get you on the heat. I'm in So. Ariz and we are STILL in the low 100's- ugh

What a great haul! My favorites are the green jacket (so hippie) and the sweater with the colorful appliques on the shoulders (so 80's).
