im a year postpartum and my body's still a size bigger than my old clothes! but that's down from 3 so we'll just see where it settles :)

I resonate with you changing sizes a bit, not fully understanding your size anymore and kind of not fitting into your old clothes. I've gained a bit of weight (prolly bc of a new medication I'm taking) and I've been really trying not to be hard on myself for it. So it's nice to see you talking about it so easily and showing that there's nothing wrong with changing sizes ♥

You’re a good mum! baby is super comfy in her babygrow (onesie). We all love our leisure wear and hang out in it at home all the time. Babygrow’s are leisure wear for babies! Comfort is king!

Sierra Schultzzie made a really great video a while ago called “Finding My Style (and size) After a Year Inside” and it gave me a lot of helpful ideas for rediscovering my style (and made me feel less alone in trying to figure out sizing). I totally relate!! My daughter is 19 months and I still don’t understand this postpartum body and figuring out breastfeeding friendly/toddler functional style. I’ve always loved comfort and function with clothing but now there are too many added factors and becoming a mother also brings forth an identity crisis- we are more than mothers YET that’s the biggest role when they’re tiny 🥲
