So happy that you are so young, and saving these vintage items from being thrown away. I'm not young anymore, I love the vintage...I am vintage...a long time ago. I love, love, the butter pats. I'm on the lookout for some myself. I have that Waterford Butter Dish. It sits beside my stove, and I use it daily. Love the cups, all of them. It's nice to see your husband loves to go with you. I definitely love seeing how you use the pieces that you thrift. (BTW, the prices were amazing. Where I live, there's nothing good to find, and if there is, it costs 5-10 times as much as what you paid! In a thrift store!) Seeing how you style the purchases at the end gives insight into how you shop and what you choose. Love it!

Miranda, I'm loving watching you on your new adventure of having a booth and you and your husband going antique shopping. I love doing all of this but I'm 73 going on 74 and I'm waiting for surgery on my knee to get a new knee. And I can't get out like I used to so and I can't do things like that anymore like you're doing and not love. I used to do furniture and interior decorating. I love watching you. Keep up the good work and I'll say a little prayer for you.

Good luck with your knee surgery. I hear it's a tough recovery, but well worth it. I had a total hip replacement when I was 50. I was up and walking the same day. Knee surgery is more complicated, but you'll do just fine!

Love how you decorate all your thrifted finds. Just a suggestion but maybe you can put the larger frame by fridge on top n a lil higher so you can see all the pic. Then smaller one on bottom but more towards doorway at an angle so you can see the whole pic. Or vice versa but at an angle.

Agree! Such beautiful pictures, partially hidden by fridge. I've got to try that antique rub & buff! Nice wexford butter dish! I remember the video when you bought the crystal cake plate. At one of the stores that day you found a wexford cake plate & a matching serving plate. Was so surprised you didn't snatch them up!!! Such pretty treasures in todays video!

Hey Maranda! I love the long videos. I'm from western NY and we're truly snowed in. No thrifting for me this weekend so I'm sitting here with my morning coffee , vicariously shopping through you! I've hung my favorite cups and mugs under my kitchen cabinets for years using tiny cup hooks i buy at my local hardware store. They're brass hooks with a screw attached at one end. I twist them into the bottom frame of my cabinet and decorate! Super easy and stable. Hope this helps. ❤

Most of them are at least $20 apiece - I’ve been collecting vintage decor items for probably 25 years & I’ve had mine a long time, so I don’t remember how much they were, but I’m sure hey weren’t very expensive back then - glad I started collecting things when I did - I have some vintage flower frogs I love & a big collection of old wooden kitchen spoons & utensils - nice worn vintage ones are really hard to find now - I also have a small collection of very old home decorating books - anyway, that was the first video of yours I’ve seen & I’m going to subscribe - greetings from sunny Central Florida 😎

I am 62 and I think maybe some of the tiny dishes you girls refer to as butter pats may also be from a childs tea set,, They were made from porcelain or ironstone and they didn't usually fare well because little girls played with them so things got broken or chipped. They also had doll or teddy bear tea sets that were even tinier...any form they come in they are beautiful...love your channel

Something I do a lot is go to an art gallery or art fair and get greeting cards to put in small frames. That way you support a local artist and have a piece of art for your wall. 🎊

Your pictures are so pretty. I love the Texas Bluebonnet one the most. I am from East Texas and I have 3 on my gallery wall. 2 of them are from the 1940's. Very pretty. Love the gold added to the frames.

You found some really great pieces and some amazing prices as well! During Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays I've bought really pretty gift bags and used them in larger picture frames.. like the 8×10, just cut one side of it and frame it.(especially Christmas ones) Sometimes you have to get A matt or just get crafty to make it fit. You can also use pages out of church hymnals in the smaller frames, its really cute. Enjoyed tagging along without you today!

Good evening Maranda ! I have been waiting all weekend for this! I love that you showed the stages of thrifting- through to the decorating in ONE video- I did not want it to end !!!! I think you are awesome with all you do! You will be a wonderful interior designer !!! You are a natural - you have a great ‘ eye ‘ for finds and how to use. Love the ‘ think outside the box’ ideas… I ‘envy ‘ you those butter pats !! I have been looking for months! Hard to find. Oh ! And those creamers!! Wish I had a place like this to shop….I cannot believe the great prices! Grandmas attic has great stuff !! I only have one Goodwill nearby and that’s it. Nothing like Grandmas Attic or St Teresa’s … I love everything you bought/ loving the red transfer ware also . Great ideas for sugar bowls to hold toiletries also. I would have picked out every thing you bought as well . I cannot wait to tour your booth! I am Sure that one day you will be featured in home design/ decor magazines. Stay WARM ! I love blue & white flower pots & vases. I have kind of a collection of them. I have 2 of the vases you thrifted. Yes they were sold as vases. I purchased them from Ross 5 years ago. Great thrifted finds.

On Amazon they have silver hooks on clear plastic that swivel. You could put them on the bottom of the cabinet or under the cabinet on the wall to hold your cups. I’m new and I really enjoyed this video it’s the first time seeing your video and can’t wait to watch others. ❤

I loved your video so much! Let me count the ways, LOL... First, your voice was so soothing to listen to. I just much prefer a softer voice rather than a loud, aggressive voice when I listen to a video for entertainment purposes. That's just me in my old age! Secondly, you seem so knowledgeable about the antique items you showed us. That was really helpful. Thirdly, I loved seeing the rock-bottom prices that are still out there in rural America. These are like the prices (29 cents for butter pats) that I would find 50 years ago when I first started antiquing in Vermont and Kansas. Fourthly, I loved seeing how you styled your finds. In fact, I got up and went to the cabinet where I store my own butter pats and put them under one of my own little creamers, the way you did, LOL! Let's see, I also enjoyed seeing how you produce your colored pictures and then styled them into a little adorable scrapbook. Oh, and the gold rub n buff on the dark frames. I want to go and try that tip. Just so many cute ideas in your one video. And you're so young and so beautiful. What's not to love?? I think you have a wonderful life ahead of you. I’m sure they’re going to teach you this in your new classes. Not everyone likes what you like. You have nice taste but it’s your taste. Your sales will double when you shop out of your comfort zone. Years ago I was decorating other homes just like my own! It took me a while to learn.

Maranda, would you ever take some of the antique or older cups and saucers and put them together and make candles and put candles in them and sell them like around Christmas time. I think that would be a very good idea for something for your booth. You could start out with a couple and see how that works out. It's just the thought that gives you an idea cause those are some of the things that I used to do

Maranda, This video was such a great one! I love longer content and hearing all the different ways you think of and eventually style your finds. I’m looking forward to our next trip to the south to see you and Wes and to see and shop at your booth. If I wee closer I’d definitely be buying that little square sewing table! I just love everything you found that sewing table is so cool and that is great prices that's the prices I'm used to and those coffee cups awesome pretty little teacups just my style and one other thing I think it is wonderful that you and your husband both do this together and you love it I'm so glad I found your channel
