Just a comment about a good come back from an older lady who was parked legally on a street answering a text. A cop came up to her and asked her why she was sitting there. She asked if she was doing anything wrong and he said someone had reported a suspicious car. She said “well I can help you with that, I’ve been with this car all day and it has absolutely done nothing suspicious” she is 85 and it made me laugh.

Why is it with these tyrants a lawful order is 'because I said so.' My goodness I feel sorry for the people in their life.

13:00 this was the moment the retaliation against amanda began. I remember this moment. Notice they wouldnt identify. And then they called a marked car to write the ticket, then those guys disappeared…and never identified. Amanda has been arrested numerous times. When they realized they couldnt push Amanda around, they went after her kids. And she’s been fighting cps ever since. Along the way she got a divorce and her dad passed away. Amanda has been thru some tough times.

Damn that's so sad, man. She seems like such a sweet and knowledgeable woman who does triple time as a good mother, and a brave patriot. She definitely seems fearless. I feel like it's so hard to win or get ahead when it comes to Florida law enforcement and government. Because it's always that state that I hear about where it seems like they pull the whole system down onto your head. An attorney with even half a brain should see the victory on the wall by choosing to represent her and taking her case.

Make this IGNORANT and ARROGANT poor excuse for a cop do his own work - don't help him: Always stick together - they will try and isolate you and therefore bring more intimidation: KEEP ON asking for his ....Name and Badge no. - DON'T let him off the hook for his blatent disregard for this legal obligation - and being totally unprofessional. You can then say that as he hasn't identified (not just properly, but at all!) then he's NOT a cop and you can ignore him. (He won't respect what you're doing, so with discretion of course!). And again - don't "Thank" him when he says you're no longer detained. (I know I'm nit-picking!).

That young woman Ranger reminded me of when I would catch my daughter thinking she was alone and talking on her phone. Total switch up 😂. She was so sweet though that it made my heart feel for her humanity in a vulnerable situation. I love her videos. Her tone of voice is relaxed and unaffected by intimidation tactics, which makes cops go home and suck their thumbs.

I also wouldn't roll any windows down to test tint. You are not obligated to assist in an investigation against yourself. There is no law saying you have to roll down windows. I would keep everything rolled up and press my information to the window, after they articulated the reason for the stop. I will also not get out of the vehicle if none of the standards in Penn vs Mimms isn't articulated. I.E. something that looks like a weapon during their "plain view search", or if I have a violent record towards police, or in the act of a crime. Their safety doesn't trump my rights...
