A lot of science in this to back up its benefits.. Unlike ultra violet , infrared light will pass through clothing , a hat reflects off trees and grass and the proven benefits ro the immune system and other health benefits is worth knowing .. lt doesn't have to be warm , just daylight and outdoors , you will benefit .. I've been following you since your workouts in your basement. I was in the best shape of my life 10 years ago then around 2015 I tried keto and gained weight. Feeling so discouraged, I let myself go. I steadily gained 30 lbs over the past 10 years. And now I'm dealing with atrophy in my inner thighs and upper arms. I'm so confused and scared to do Keto again because that's when I gained all that weight. I'll be 55 in May of this year. Is there hope for me?
