Hello, Lesley! I love sewing, knitting and crocheting channels that are associated with the beautiful patterns that I love. I love girls'/women's fashion dresses from casualty to formality. Formal dress are for homecomings in the fall and proms in the spring. I have squeezy throw pillows from "Bed, Bath & Beyond", which unfortunately, but permanently closed. I have a crocheted blanket. I love that coral cable knit fabric. I got it at Joann’s online. I’ve also seen it at my Joann’s. If you haven’t tried to get it online, try that because they can pull it from their stores.

Love that sweet dress you made for your granddaughter! Great finds at your shopping trips! My Joann's closed it's doors here. Very sad for us since it was the only fabric store. I now have to travel 50 miles. Can be done but such a bummer!

Joann’s in Folsom and Roseville! I’ve been to both when visiting my sis in Sacramento. We’ve learned different Joann’s can vary a fair amount in their offerings. Next week I’ll be visiting the Joann’s in Redlands and Northridge, my home stores. 🤞🤞🤞 for some interesting fabrics.

Ah, another Stellan fan! I just replaced my first white one with a new one, and I like to keep the boxy look 😊 I recognize your cable knit, too! I made a Marlo cardigan after Christmas in the shell pink color - it's a similar shape to the pattern you've got (which I've seen pop up a couple of times recently 😉) I believe Tiffany has used this fabric, too! happy Sewing!

It is a great time of year to thread the machine! Strip quilting IS fun!! Im hoping to finish the backpack this week. I got a lot further along on it!! ❤ Sewing unique items is really fun!

That fuzzy fabric is always great to buy, but sewing it is usually a nuisance and your going to get fuzz ALL OVER the trailer cutting it, serging it etc. I've used the bubbly version of the stretch fleece type several times as being on baby quilts or kids quilts and usually have to do a deep clean off so the machines and the room. Love the stuff.. But hate cutting and sewing it together.

How much time daily are you able to devot to sewing ? What are the ages of your children? I was happy to see all your sewing plans. I wish I could sew as fast as my mind creates projects for me! I too love sewing for my adult children. My grandchildren are teenagers.

Very cool fabrics and patterns. Can you perhaps give advice on sewing with knits? I have been sewing since I was 11 but rarely sew with knit because I just have difficulty with the seams stretching too much sometimes. I couldn't find the links you mentioned in the video, and if possible can you reverse your camera so we are not seeing things (patterns and books) backwards?
