Appreciate the honesty man! We are our own harshest critics, but it makes you and us human to admit when we didn't get it quite right. Too often YT is full of perfect people, and we seem to be always playing catch up... so I appreciate that when people show us what not to do sometimes. Good job all around and I appreciate the tips.

Some say happy wife, happy life. Id say happy BBQ, happy both of you! When things seem off, Mr. Miyagi would say don't forget to breathe, very important! When you forget, thats probably because you are stressing inside a bit too much. The good part out of all of this was your interview of the two winners. Their demeanor showed me they weren't stressing.....keep it simple....best advice on chicken or maybe more than just chicken. Something to think about. Hoping the next competition is a winner.

Another great detailed video! Congrats on your walks & it's also tough when you are cooking in this texas heat feels like you are cooking next to the sun😂. Also I'm glad you went with (A1 sauce😂) I use A2😅

I like it a lot! I've tried 3 different electric knives and this is the only one that doesn't affect my presentation! I notice it most with some of them on brisket but this one works great for us!

Sweetie, I'm guessing that your worst is still 10x better than my best (only thing in my arsenal is 'low and slow" -- not allowed to BBQ here and even then...😑)

It really wasn’t THAT bad to be honest. I was just disappointed with my box and felt like I forced the burnt ends in! I’ll do better next time!
