Thank you so much for this message. I'm the kind of person that is heavily empathetic and when I see problems happening in the world, I feel guilty if I'm not doing something at all times to help. But I can't do that; no one can. I need time to relax and laugh and smile, but I feel like, if other people out there are unhappy, then I don't deserve to be happy. So thank you for reminding me that I'm just one person, my box can't hold everything at once; and that's okay.

I don't have a problem with "to each their own" and I wasn't offended. in fact "to each their own" was MY point Calm down dude, I didn't say it was "offensive" I said it was "depressing". Also, I wasn't talking about other people, I myself am not Christian. Also, I really don't see how it means "to each their own", to me it seemed like "you can only find true peace through Christ"

kind of a random question, but that I have wondered about these things for a long time: 1. what exactly is the holy spirit? 2. what do Christians believe was the "state of divinity" before Christ was born? like, today God is made up of the Father, the Son, and the holy spirit, but what was the "situation" before the birth of Christ?

Jesus promised another helper in the book of John John Chapter 14 verse 15 through 18 reads: 15 If you love Me, you will keep my commandments. 16 And I will pray to my Father, and He will give to you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever- 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it is neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and and will be in you. 18 I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you. ( New King James Version) Note: the Spirit of truth is another name for the Holy Spirit John Chapter 14 verse 26 says: 26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I have said to you. The Holy Spirit is the Helper Jesus Christ was speaking of. John Chapter 16 verse 5 through 15 The Works Of The Holy Spirit 5 But now I go away to Him who sent Me, and none of you asks Me, Where are you going? 6 But because I have said these things to you, sorrow has filled your heart. 7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send him to you. I would like to read the new testament in its original language one day. I already know hebrew, so the old testament is covered.

When I saw your questions I went back to find some scriptures that will hopefully help you understand: ) John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God John 1:2 He was in the beginning with God. The state of God before the birth of Christ, has always been the same Before Jesus Christ was born in the flesh God was known as: Almighty, Lord of host, Heavenly Father, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Mighty God, Everlasting God. After Jesus Christ was born God is still known as: Almighty ,Lord of host, Heavenly Father, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Mighty God, Everlasting God. If that's what you meant by that. And No it was not only the Father. The Father, Son, and the holy ghost was existing before God had sent Jesus to be born in the flesh it tells us in the Bible multiple times in different ways how The Father the Son and the Holy Ghost is one, it even explain why Jesus had to be born in the flesh. My favorite bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." This verse is very special to me for personal reasons and I now feel like I'm closer to God after experiencing what I have experienced and after watching this video I just wanted to share this with someone who might need it or just anyone in general who might find this good to know.
