Brad : 4 lbs , 16” tall , sends her running for cover . Karen : 6’ tall + , 80+ lbs , stopped by a single hand. It’s not always the size 😂

I had one I named chanticleer and he would attack my husband and my 4 yr old. But I loved him so much mean little rooster. My youngest was so terrified of him 🤣

When I was a child in the 50s and 60s, growing up on our farm, we got a new batch of chickens every year. And every year the new roosters sounded so funny learning to crow. I used to climb up on an oil barrel in the middle of the yard and “teach” the roosters to crow. They would all pay apt attention to me then go off and continue practicing.

Lol I did the same thing except I was on a stump instead of a barrel. We had an Americana rooster once tho that forever sounded like a dieing idiot. He had a set of lungs on him too lol and he was louder and could go longer than any of the others. It was so bad and he did it so much 24/7 that my dad actually thought something was legitimately wrong with him. After a while we changed his name from Gunther to Shut Up.

No. We had Patritzia, who turned out to be Patrick. He was so toxically masculine it was crazy. Attacked my mom and drew blood several times. We were all terrified of him..super tiny little demon silke rooster

That one scene when Karen was racing towards her, she sounded like a jaguar. When Karen is in her beast mode she’s got an attitude of a hangry street thug. Karen is my bias, ❤

This is too funny. There use to be a Silkie pair at the barn where I boarded my mare. The male had the most beautiful gold, red, blue colors and his personality was that of a golden retriever. He loved to snuggle in my neck and sleep in my lap. Visitors to the farm thought I was carrying a Pomeranian before realizing he was a rooster. The female wasn't a purebred Silkie (Bantam) so she was very standoffish.

Omg I just seen this and laughing about brad. My neighbor at our old home had silkies. All the best except one JACK who was a killer. Lmbo until one day I went to visit her she was a older lady that my daughter and her little fried adored. The little friend goes around the house and here comes jack just knew he had her. No she got JACK she pick up a stick of some kind and JACK went flying uncontrollably through the air I just knew she’d killed that bird but no JACK got a new focus on life and could not be nicer to people. This is a true story the little women said that is what he had been needing someone to knock the hell out of him. I could not help but laugh.

When I was in my early twenties I was friends with an old retired gentleman who got started on raising pigeons, golden & sent sebrights. I had silkies as well but my favorite was a silver sebright rooster named Festus. Brad reminds of him soooo much. He was the meanest Lil thing that God ever wadded a gut into.
