This video is missing the first stanza and also the ‘revised’ text. The original and complete text goes like this: Memento salutis Auctor Quod nostri quondam corporis Ex illibata Virgine Nascendo formam sumpseris Maria Mater gratiæ Mater misericordiæ Tu nos ab hoste protege Et hora mortis suscipe Gloria tibi Domine Qui natus es de Virgine Cum Patr’ et Sancto Spiritu In sempiterna sæcula. Very pretty. But your title "rare chant hymn" is a bit of a stretch. I have sung this melody in another Latin hymn. And the words are hardly rare.
