Vegetable soup recipe:
1 onion.
2 garlic.
1 carrot.
Leek.
Fry vegetables for 3-5 minutes.
4 potatoes.
1/2 pumpkin.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Mix well.
Cover with a lid and cook until the pumpkin is tender.
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Dried garlic.
Red pepper.
Italian herbs.
Mix well.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Stir the vegetables from time to time.
Parsley.
Cream 200 ml / 1 glass.
Cook the soup for another 5 minutes.
Grind until smooth.
The soup is ready!
