Someday your going to realize that a secret society and brotherhood single handedly brainwashed you into believing in a "cosmos" you have been lied to and you just dont want to see it because its harder to prove to someone theyve been tricked rather than to just trick them initially . The Earth is Flat there is no space or planets its all just science fiction indoctrinated into you by forces under free mason and jesuit control.

Slowly you realise that half of the things and stress are useless, meaningless and doesn't really even make sense. Slowly you realise that this life should not be taken as serious as they say. Slowly you realise that this life is simple, unique and beautiful, and a small things and moments that we have now are precious, that you can break any cycle of past and history and just make your own sense, that you don't have to believe anything they say or don't say and choose the life you desire to live.

If I saw this video a year ago I'd probably be filled with existencial crisis and anxiety, now I'm in awe and a complete state of serenity. It reminds me to take pleasure in the simple things in life and not waste it by getting all worked up and giving my time to things that won't bring me joy or help me grow into a better person. I was in a depression for almost 3 years up until january this year, 6 months later I'm the happiest I've ever been. A lot of people actually think I'm going through something rn bc I made many radical changes at once, I quit college, dropped a lot of friends and my boyfriend, left the city I lived in, etc. and to many that seems like I'm having a manic episode, what they don't realise is that for the first time in many years I actually feel like me again. I've learned to love myself like I haven't before and it's a kind of love I've never experienced before, it's refreshing. I used to be very insecure and dependant when it came to relationships and now I don't even feel the need to be with anyone. There's no better company than our own when we're happy with who we are. I hold no grudges, no longer stuck living in the past, worrying about the future. The past present and future are simultaneously happening at the same time, I just let it happen one moment to the next, continuously, ever learning, growing and loving. Connect yourself to earth, bury your hands in the dirt/sand, feel the warm sun kiss the skin on your cheeks, stretch and gently massage your body, feel the cold grass on your feet, let your whole body be consumed in the water. Remember to practice love and love those near you but do not be afraid to walk away when something's not right. Love is powerful, it's how we change the world for the better.

When my dad passed away in 2019 I gathered some of his personal items such as rings, a watch, coins, just random things as well as a picture of him and put them in a small chest that he had and placed it on my dresser. Also I cut out the obituary and put it in there as well. I plan on giving those items to my grandchildren before I die and tell them to do the same. My dad was a great man, husband, father, with many friends whom he helped out in many ways and I want him to be remembered for more then 200 yrs. I owe him that much. Love ya dad!

This is amazing. It doesn't sugar-coat our existence. It just simply 'is'. We are here, briefly. One of billions. No meaning, just existence. No goal to reach, just life. A beginning, a middle, an end. It is not to be feared. People can still live their lives the way they wish. Still do the things they love. Be with the people they care about. Study, work, play, etc. But ultimately were are mere blips on a radar. Probably not even that. It makes it more concerning that a lot of the time we spend hating each other. We fight wars. Although I agree that everything going on in the world right now and people's concerns ultimately won't matter in the grand scheme of things ... we do have to remember that people's problems are relative, and your stresses/concerns do matter since you are alive right now! I just wish everyone on earth can live a happy life, feel loved, find their purpose in life and leave the world in a better place than when they found it; even if it means just helping a random stranger on the street or being a good friend - you're making an impact in their world.

Obviously if we're given the chance of becoming a living conscious human being (which is super random at your birth), we don't want to suffer living a life that we suddenly came into. If you just point your existence to suffering even though at the end it won't matter because it will all disappear eventually, then your better off wiping your existence out earlier then trying to make the best of it or in a bad ending case "it seems no longer possible".

Its really cool to see this thought laid out so eloquently. I had this thought when I was about 15. I was in a graveyard looking at tombstones of people who’s names have been lost to the elements. They were someone, they had fears and dreams just like me, but now they’re more than forgotten, just a small blank monument to the passage of time. It’s a bittersweet realization that only the minuscule amount of time we have is our frame of reference. Follow your path and live. One day you’ll be a nameless tombstone, or ashes in the ocean, soil for a sapling, the list goes on. It’s not worth worrying all the time.

@@Leonard_Wolf_2056I believe what matters is relative. Camus talks similarly on these issues of grand importance and meaning. He says to live free and unrestrained and to find your own meaning in life. What truly matters is that you are so unimportant that what you do doesn’t matter so why even stress over it. Ofcourse certain things will matter to you now but only those you choose to worry about, although they aren’t even worth it in the end. It renews life with a sense of purpose, awe, and urgency to make "our" Everything count, even if it ultimately means Nothing. Thank you for another wonderful video.

I believe you need to be in the right mindset to watch this. A week or two ago I watched it during an anxiety episode and I didn't go through with it. At the moment, it was the opposite of what I needed. Today, while starting to submerge myself in worry, I started watching this while breathing profoundly through my nose and exhaling softly through my mouth, and I'm thankful for the perspective. I only watched the first half, though. Right before it got overwhelming lol.

This brings me IMMENSE comfort.
This video reminds me of a repetitive thought I have when I struggle and worry about the future. I think about what will be going through my mind on my death bed. On my deathbed, a voice tells me that I am ok. All of the previous worry was not necessary. The only regret is the suffering I imposed on myself by worrying so much. Despite this, I still find it impossible to escape the voice of worrying in the present day.
Nothing matters!! Why should I go on? Right, I remember now: Because I love the rain, the ocean, the clouds - because I like to play and sing and dance 🤗
I’m glad I still watch your videos. And I’m very glad I found them many years ago and have always watched them. I’ve grown so much since then and the way I am now I thank a big part to this KZread channel. Helping me in life and helping me become who I am. Life is truly a beautiful mystery.
This is phenomenal!!! I recently immigrated to a new country with no family nor friends by my side. I'm starting everything from scratch in a world I barely know and everyday has been a struggle for me. Most times I ask myself what am I doing here and in the verge of giving up but I stumble upon this post. I now realize what I want. I want to live and experience every second of my life and feel grateful about it. I want to live without worrying about the future because the future is now. I will live my life to fullest and I will take more pictures of everything around me and myself. I want to live and be remembered. Thank u!!!

I love this - truly reminds me of just how mortal we all are and that everything is temporary. In the long run, nothing matters except for this present moment and the love we give to people...
I dont remember last time I watched a video, and it lived to its title, this has changed how I feel about life, and makes me feel free from fear if failure... Or fear of doing just something, asking someone out, doing what I want, knowing its just a single flame in the movie and will be removed, and be forgotten before I even know it... Thank you❣👏
Your work is calming, thoroughly enriching, has reshaped me in many ways. Thanks so much for doing this work.
What used to get me through a very stressful job was the certainty that someday none of this will have mattered. In many ways I actually embrace death, my final escape from a world I have grown to despise.
I really appreciate videos such as this, as it assists us in having a "grand" perspective on our lives. As you wisely point out, it's not necessarily a good idea to dwell on ideas like this continuously, as it distracts us from everything in our lives that provide meaning and pleasure. Yes, in the "grand scheme", we don't matter at all, but at the present moment, we do, and that's how we need to frame it up while we are here. If not, there's no point at all, and we just descend into chaos.

To me it's mind blowing to think if humans had never existed the universe would be as it is without any (as far as we know) intelligent life to ponder over it
"In truth, even if we could, to fully take in the profundity of what is going on in every moment would rupture our ability to carry out the everyday, but likewise, not considering the absurdity and insanity of what's taking place around and through us, at least on occasion, can cause us to easily be submerged into falsity, mundanity, misunderstanding, into unnecessary anxiety and loss." Incredible. Really hits the nail on the head of how such nihilistic thoughts can truly free us and lead to living more freely, rather than succumbing to a pessimistic outlook.
This gives me such perspective. Why worry? Just live and breathe.
It's so freeing. The moment I started to live my life was when I realized how meaningless and insignificant my life is. My life or death itself doesn't have any meaning. Maybe my parents, close friends, significant others will be sad, but it couldn't even creat a ripple in the vast human sociery. Because I am small and insignificant, I have the power to create a meaningful life. Thank you for sharing.

I think it’s nice whenever I look at the big picture of the universe and how insignificant my problems become and how all my worries leave for just a bit. It gives me courage to do things I normally wouldn’t
Another absolute masterpiece. Thank you
I do not think anything is meaningless. No experience, no moment, no person. I think they're all more meaningful than we realize, and thinking in this way only diminishes the value of the miracle that is you, your life, your ideas, your experiences, your memories, your emotions.

This video really gave me a lot of anxiety and a existential crisis like I mean actually I’m going through it right now. It started 2 nights ago when I decided to watch this before bed thinking it’d be my usual philosophy video before bed and man was I wrong. Death is the only thing on my mind recently, all I can think about is how life is an interruption in non existence. Since that night I’ve just been looking for reassurance. I talked to a friend about it which did help but I guess I didn’t get the answer I was looking for. I’m going to admit I really just want to be lied to, I see why people turn to religion because just the delusion of something being there after death is comforting to some extent. I currently feel dread, sorrow, and I even started thinking about it in the shower one time and I didn’t even want to finish cleaning myself (I did of course lol). After countless articles, Reddit forums (ridiculous I know lol), I take a world religion class as well so I looked over some beliefs/studies as well, and literally nothing has work. I’m even afraid to close my eyes sometimes because that’s what im assuming death is. I decided to come back to this video since it’s essentially the root of my anxiety right now and I don’t plan on watching any further then 4:52 but that’s all the time I really needed. As I shut my tv off and started digesting my thoughts in the dark I could slowly feel my ego dissolve and Im starting to grow love for the things around me. It just feels so good “talking” about this even if nobody reads this, this video has truly changed me. I heard the saying a little under a year ago that “a man has 2 lives and the second one starts when he realizes he only has 1” and this video truly has enlightened me with that even though I didn’t watch the full thing it has impacted me greatly. Thank you. I hope me coming back to this video makes it easier instead of feeding myself delusions to cope; the comments help a lot too and I just thought I’d share my experience because I see some people saying “if I watched this a year a go I would’ve freaked out” so I thought I’d share my freak out since I don’t see anyone else sharing. It’s helping me a lot that’s why this is so long I hope I can leave this behind. Love❤️

anxious and sick rn but your videos really gives me hope thx 🙏
this video highlighted an idea in my head I hadn't thought of yet. Before seeing this, I would more than ocassionally contemplate on the insignificance of my life and try and use that, as this video might suggest, to quell any insignificant stressors. The only issue with that is not utilizing it in moderation, and thinking about it too much, or not at all. Moderation makes all the difference.
Currently I’m getting out of the cycle of worry, that was inherited from my parents. Worrying prevents you from thinking laterally and enabling you to really figure out what you should do. Rather than thinking logically you’re just anxious. It’s a learned habit which can be unlearned through discipline.
