You should talk about mixed feet , always the feet are more involved than other muscles in the body ... From the feet starts all 😱.. duck feet , pigeon toes , fallen arches , and so on!!! You are the Best Conor!!! Thx for the all video and you beeing all in !!

Not true. Feet are usually a consequence of what happen at a pelvic level. EG Duck feet = excessive external rotation. Fallen arches = Lack of internal rotation

This never seems to work long term for me but definitely works short term. Are there lat mobility exercises that should be added in? If so which ones? I already hang from a bar with one hand a few times a week but my lats are super tight.

Literally the only person I’ve seen describe my problems. I’ve got them so bad it’s really affected me in the gym over the years. Excited to watch more!

Whoa.. that was a game changer for my thoracic rotation! I find most lat stretches don't work for me because other areas just over compensate instead of the lats releasing. This technique feels great, thank you!

Perfect! Needed this one to unlock new levels of flexibility. 😊 People also get more freedom to breath.

this is a great stretch. my trained correctly diagnosed my tight lats but all the lat stretches he gave me never really helped. I felt the tightness in my lower lats and by trial and error I started doing a stretch similar to this for my lats. It's interesting to see how close I was to doing this stretch just by naturally trying out random stretches until I felt it hitting the spot that was tight.

I'm finding that, if I pull with my forearm my lats tighten down. As I relax my wrist I'm able to pull on the lat to open, not tighten. Then relax into it

What about if I do right hand hanging, (with some leg support) - with left hand crossing the body to activate obliques when fully exhaling.. When inhaling, I feel stretch in the right lat and opening of the ribs. Will something like this help?

Well, one of the reason your right lats locked is that your gallbladder is blocked and inflammated. So check yours if your right side is always locked

Hey Conor, I noticed your feet are staggered when you lean. Is that something we need to do also?
