I’ve been making up variations of these exercises after watching many of your videos (and Neil Hallinan’s) describing the left AIC pattern. It’s so liberating to have direction and explanation of why our bodies have become so misaligned and twisted. being in pain and discomfort without direction is a very hopeless feeling, so I really appreciate the free content you provide 👍🏼

Thank you Conor, my twisted body has been tormenting me for 19 years. When I was 12 I developed osgood-schlatter in my knee and nobody knew why. At times I thought maybe my misalignment was all in my head. Now I know I've had a twisted up body since my tooth grew in crooked as a kid. It threw off my bite and totally effed up my kinetic chain. This constant kinetic malfunction has been a regualr part of my life for damn near 20 nears. I'm 31 now, started invisalign this year and the treatment's almost finished. Then your videos will allow me to fix everything else down to my feet. Thanks again you are changing lives. Nobody ever talks about this

This was definitely an interesting experience. My left shoulder has always been lower than the right, so I gave this exercise a try. When I was done and started to get up by lifting my head, my spine cracked 4 times, but not painfully, it felt more like things finally jumping back to where they are supposed to be. Now my shoulders are almost completely even, I didn't expect such an immediate change.

Think people are more turned to the side of which hand we hold our phones in…causes us to usually tilt down and towards that side and the longer we’re in this position often it’s causing people to get stuck there…these excercises and breathing treatments from Conor are definitely a lot of help!

Hey Conor, I’ve been watching your videos for a few years and they are very insightful. I have been severely stuck in a pattern for years, lots of stiffness and pain all throughout the back and neck. Recently I came across Functional Patterns and started working with a practitioner one on one, it was such a game changer for me, and having had the knowledge from PRI and your videos I was able to tell right away that they focus on the right things. The fundamentals are very similar to what you teach, and their approach has been so effective for me I can barely believe. Have you heard of them? I think an integrated approach between what you offer and what they offer would be more than optimal.

Wow, Writing this I am just baffled how little pain I am currently in after trying this as described. I just feel so relaxed that I wonder if I am high. The retesting man, my body now smoothly turns to the left for what feels like in forever. All the problem areas I've been on a journey the last 8 years with chronic pain. Your videos have lately been extremely helpful, but this is on another level. This is to me the final proof that the ortho I had done as a teen is the cause as it to this day prevents me from biting down and connecting my right molars. Had my final retainers taken out last summer to immediate relief. Now comes the great question of what to do about this as it relates to further dental work. Or not. I am beyond grateful at this moment, a rare feeling for someone having lived in such constant nagging pain. You mentioned having the beginner body restoration program customized, is this possible by getting in touch through your website? I am anyways sold, going to buy my first online program haha as I have never been more sure that healing is actually possible. You have giving me the greatest gift I could wish for, hope. Thank you so much, I am again so sincerely grateful

I feel that driving is making my hips shift. I feel comfortable tucking my left foot to the side between the door and seat. It's put my alignment out of wack. If i put my left foot straight, is still making my hips uneven. I try to put my foot where a clutch would be and it just doesn't feel right. I can imagine ride share drivers might be having the same issues.

So should I be pushing my chin to the right during the exercise if my chin is slightly deviated to the left? I have your programs and I would like to add this to it. I just want to make sure I’m pushing my chin to the correct side.

Are there any cues someone with right/or left bias could do while walking which would encourage correct realignment? Ie: finding heel contact, arm swing, pelvis control, breathing exhale or inhale upon foot strike:stance?

Hello Conor, since this is a health related channel i thought to tell you about the sound of your voice . It sounds very compressed and strained in every video. I am not sure if it is accent related or not but nevertheless i am a physiotherapist and sometimes we get so used to tension in the body that we perceive it as normal until someone from the outside give‘s us a hint i am sure you understand. Thank you for your support on how to treat and train our Body so that we stay healthy .
