I’ve been making up variations of these exercises after watching many of your videos (and Neil Hallinan’s) describing the left AIC pattern. It’s so liberating to have direction and explanation of why our bodies have become so misaligned and twisted. being in pain and discomfort without direction is a very hopeless feeling, so I really appreciate the free content you provide 👍🏼

Dude you have been killing it with these alignment videos. It's like you are making these just for me
Thank you Conor, my twisted body has been tormenting me for 19 years. When I was 12 I developed osgood-schlatter in my knee and nobody knew why. At times I thought maybe my misalignment was all in my head. Now I know I've had a twisted up body since my tooth grew in crooked as a kid. It threw off my bite and totally effed up my kinetic chain. This constant kinetic malfunction has been a regualr part of my life for damn near 20 nears. I'm 31 now, started invisalign this year and the treatment's almost finished. Then your videos will allow me to fix everything else down to my feet. Thanks again you are changing lives. Nobody ever talks about this
Thanks Conor, the relieving of discomfort is almost as satisfying as the fact that there are people like you out here with all this knowledge that are kindly sharing it.
This was definitely an interesting experience. My left shoulder has always been lower than the right, so I gave this exercise a try. When I was done and started to get up by lifting my head, my spine cracked 4 times, but not painfully, it felt more like things finally jumping back to where they are supposed to be. Now my shoulders are almost completely even, I didn't expect such an immediate change.

Think people are more turned to the side of which hand we hold our phones in…causes us to usually tilt down and towards that side and the longer we’re in this position often it’s causing people to get stuck there…these excercises and breathing treatments from Conor are definitely a lot of help!

I thank rhe LORD for your video, I was told I need two hip replacements, i favor my right side in so doing my legs hip and jaw are all twisted. I will try your exercise, how many times a day should I do this? Also I wish doctors would recommend people like you instead of pill upon pill. Thanks for your video.
Brother you are a great help 🙌Please come to our country. I am sufering from these misalignments and trust me, NO DOCTOR has been able to address this. It has been 18 years. I am stuck in pain 💔
Thank you very much 🙏 for making such videos. This video was especially concise and clear. I tried it and after two sets I can feel the difference. I didn't expect such quick changes. Really thank you very much
Lookin sharp Conor. Funny story: Last year an old demonstration skeleton like yours was found in a School basement here in Sweden. While in a classroom one of the students parents said to the teacher "you might want to have that looked at by a professional"... True enough, it was a real skeleton donated to science long ago
Hey Conor, I’ve been watching your videos for a few years and they are very insightful. I have been severely stuck in a pattern for years, lots of stiffness and pain all throughout the back and neck. Recently I came across Functional Patterns and started working with a practitioner one on one, it was such a game changer for me, and having had the knowledge from PRI and your videos I was able to tell right away that they focus on the right things. The fundamentals are very similar to what you teach, and their approach has been so effective for me I can barely believe. Have you heard of them? I think an integrated approach between what you offer and what they offer would be more than optimal.
Trying this thank you !
I am a pistol shooter and i have too much tightness on my right side. I've been clenching my teeth for years now. I tried this method and i was able to experience instant relief. Turning my head to the right is easier now and I can feel my jaws having more space.

Wow, Writing this I am just baffled how little pain I am currently in after trying this as described. I just feel so relaxed that I wonder if I am high. The retesting man, my body now smoothly turns to the left for what feels like in forever. All the problem areas I've been on a journey the last 8 years with chronic pain. Your videos have lately been extremely helpful, but this is on another level. This is to me the final proof that the ortho I had done as a teen is the cause as it to this day prevents me from biting down and connecting my right molars. Had my final retainers taken out last summer to immediate relief. Now comes the great question of what to do about this as it relates to further dental work. Or not. I am beyond grateful at this moment, a rare feeling for someone having lived in such constant nagging pain. You mentioned having the beginner body restoration program customized, is this possible by getting in touch through your website? I am anyways sold, going to buy my first online program haha as I have never been more sure that healing is actually possible. You have giving me the greatest gift I could wish for, hope. Thank you so much, I am again so sincerely grateful

Great video ❤. What starts/ causes all this misalignment jaw/dental or foot or eyes or pelvis or diaphragm or heel.
How awesome you provide this information! When are Doctors going to start paying attention to this information. My Dr says I need a hip replacement, but he won't look at my whole body☹. I can't even mention knee pain at the same appointment? I have to make separate appointments for each body part😵💫and this is an osteopath orthopedic!!! I have worked with The Egoscue Method for 6 years and have done very well until 2 years ago when I stopped the daily exercise, now I'm having trouble coming back. My right shoulder, ribs and leg don't lay flat? Could you suggest anything? I'm 68 and taking care of my 2 grandsons. I could use some help. I would be very grateful😄

Can you make a video about muscles of your head like I have very tight muscles behind my ear and upper headbelow eyes and nose .. if it makes any sense
hey Conor how are you doing love your videos and always gain new information I want to ask you a crucial question I have retroversion hipsocket and I move with duck feet will internal rotation mobility drills help me walk normal or is the only fix cutting bone of my femur
I feel that driving is making my hips shift. I feel comfortable tucking my left foot to the side between the door and seat. It's put my alignment out of wack. If i put my left foot straight, is still making my hips uneven. I try to put my foot where a clutch would be and it just doesn't feel right. I can imagine ride share drivers might be having the same issues.
Hey Connor, I'm loving your new program. After taking your assessment it turns out I'm right lateralised. When I try to do tricep kickbacks my upper trap contracts and it takes a lot of effort on my part to bring it back down. This also sort of triggers some pain. Do you know why that might be?
My body is so twisted. I used to run a lot with terrible form, I'm sure and neglected leg strength & mobility entirely. Have a hard time pinpointing if the root cause is my hips or shoulders/rib cage though. Had a bad collarbone injury a few years ago. Thoughts? Thanks!
does lower left shoulder scream anything to you about shifted to the left or right ? if it's already low that makes me think i shouldn't necessarily be doing this one as demonstrated, i would be doing the opposite way around. eg sidebending to the right
You posted a video a good while ago on KZread. Something to the effect of “the one stretch you’ll ever need” I’m not really certain but it was def something “one stretch” and it made all the difference for me. Somehow I forgot the stretch and I’m hurting again and can’t find the video. I think it has something to do with left aic but but left oblique and erector are always so tight it puts a pinch in my left hip at the spine. Do you happen to remember which video this is?
your a lifesavior as i once pointed it out and its true thank you
conner how to fix left rib flare, where the ribs is lower and sticking out more on the left side. Would really apreciate if u could help
Hello Connor, My neck is shifted left and my thorax and hips to the right. Will this exercise work for the neck as well? Thanks
I don't understand, you must put resistance with your index on right mandible but you need to push to the left ?? I don't get it, if I want to activate the left pterygoid, I should shift against my right index no?
I had a question… midway through the video you stated to push your chin to the right if it is deviated to the left… but during the exercise you stated “if your over to the right and your trying to push to the left side you should also be pushing your chin to the left. So should I be pushing my chin to the right during the exercise if my chin is slightly deviated to the left? I have your programs and I would like to add this to it. I just want to make sure I’m pushing my chin to the correct side.
Would a chiropractor along with corrective exercises to maintain the correct spinal/body alignment, be faster and just as effective? Ive tried PT for months but I still get injured and have a pinched C7 affecting my mind muscle connection
How would you approach this if you are “left torsion” neck and above but classic left aic pattern below the neck? (Been working with a pri provider to clarify this)
Hi Connor, is the exercise demonstrated for left-shifted posture or right-shifted posture?
I have an over reactive right trap. When I do lat pulldowns, I feel my right upper trap on fire. Do you have videos to fix this?

Being the left scapula far from the insertion to the humerus, is it posible that the subscapular tendon that form the rotator cuff is always tense, or more tense/stretched than normal?
Rather than a right/left issue, I have an elevated hip. Does this also address that?
If the right adductor and QL is tight, which leg is the bent one??
How many times should i do it in a week? I really want to fix my shoulders misalignment so my neck muscles are even and i can press my tongue evenly on my palate to fix my fascial asymmetry.
My higher shoulder left side has a tight Trap, and when I turn left it shortens and causes irritation. When I look right to about 85 degrees it pulls slightly. Is this a rotation issue?
Can you do a vid about how to fix a nose asymmetry?

Hey i have flat feet, do you think thats the reason why my shoulder/hips are crooked and jaw has tension?
Are there any realignment exercises that can be done standing?

if your body is turned towards the right, and your face is weaker on the left with the jaw turned to the left, should you press your jaw to the left side, or the right?
Yep twisted uneven broke foot and it healed now I am uneven.
do you have any experience dealing with clubbed fingers and toes?
