Thanks for this video. It’s at a time when I need to hear this most. I am at a serious crossroad. And it’s make or break time. I’ve neglected myself and been blind by useless distractions for far to long and the feeling of being trapped in a box or I’m up against the wall has slammed me right in my face. I’ve never heard of this man but I will be giving him more listening. I enjoy Alan Watts also. I’m really trying to heal. And I’m trying hard to find my way. My mind is filled with to many thoughts analyzing everything and it needs to be calm. Thanks again for the upload.

I thought I was alone in this thinking along, but there's more out there of us that know a better way for our mindset

Our Thoughts - emotions - create feeling(s) They are so powerful to our Mental, Emotional, spiritual, professionals, and/or physical. - This is why Victims of Abuse say, without any doubt, that the emotional experience and emotional incidents of their Victim are by far the most Painful and are the key to overcome the subject of their abuse. It is an energy that remains until it's filed in a Completed/Resolved Status. The - Emotional Experience is the "lingering effects and how the Abuser maintains their Control over their Victim. It is a re-experiencing of the original and/or additional abuse. One must aspire to overcome and - on order to be successful - "One must Realse the energy and this is done through - realizing that the Abuser - the Narcissist Personality Disorder Individual - is also a "Soul having a Human Journey" and Souls are all from and of Divine Energy. - yet their Human Mind has yet to evolve beyond an Adolescent Emotional Development. They are stick in the Adolescent Eg9 Minded stage and they lack all true self worth, abilities to learn and understand their personal situation and how to achieve a method and procedure to overcome - work through situation and achieve a desired outcome. This is in greater % impossible for NPD's and all Abusers are at varying degrees - because the subject of the NPD is a created method of their own shell to protect self and it delelops believing the are Worthy/Best - on every level/ and that all see them as they do - Perfection. They - in greater % - lose any identifiable emotions that constitute Empathy, Love, Responsibility for self, Respect, or value of others. Thus - we must understand this and apply the reality to the episode(s) - in order for us to fully detach and move away from the experiences. That is a varied difficulty for so many. It is a sort 9f "Forgive and Forget" - but the Victim must realize - "The opposite of love is not hate, (that is still an energy of emotion and in completing) - The opposite of Love is Indifference" - Indifference, in this case, is a positive and healed status. As long as a Victim holds emotion in the Subject, the Abuser is still controlling them - they can/are still Abusing the Victim - still have Power over them and still winning. There are ways to beat a Narcissisy: 1. Don't participate - in their Drama/Games 2. Achieve Indifference towards them and their acts. 3. Achieve your Goals - Success 4. and be the person you truly are - liked by others, living your Passions, being successful in any aspect. Being the person they recognized and were/are Envious of - that's why they sadistically enjoy inflicting fears and pain upon the Victim. Victims are Stars - yet they lack self-confidence and Balanced self love - that's how the NPD is able to get in close enough to hurt them. (There are exceptionsonly in specific scenarios - yet even those are pointed out to be the same by Scientists whom realize the self worth vibrates ad can be selected out if a crowd by the Abuser - for their purposes and methods. Like everything that challenges is - the amswers and the resolutions are found "Within" If you are a Victim - Seek a Therapist that specializes in treatment of Victims of NPD's. Report Abuse Know YOU are Worthy of - help, happiness, and YOUR Desires. You are a Divine Soul having a Human Experience. Love your. Y O U! 💝

What if you don't have a dream? I had a career with a major bank that spanned 15 years. It started as a summer job when I was a teenager, then part-time in college, and full-time after graduating. That work helped me put myself through college, with no student loans or help from family. I focused on branch logistics, operations, and audits, which played to my analytical strengths. Bankers are easily replaceable; competent ops people are not. I had the respect and trust of colleagues and clients alike. I had more experience than the rest of my team combined, and even mentored some of my own managers. Even if I wasn't that high on the totem pole, I was nicknamed The Boss. But as the old saying goes, familiarity breeds contempt. I didn't fit in that corporate setting, mostly due to how nonsensical and poorly implemented some of their plans were. I could talk at length about how their bonus system is intentionally designed to make bankers fail (the current Wells Fargo scandal is such an example), or how higher ups intentionally put us in danger during the Occupy Movement, for which my branch was on the front line. Or how the corporate culture didn't encourage individual growth; I was the only person on staff who read, kept up with current events, didn't own a smartphone, etc. And while everyone respected and liked me, it was like I was operating on an entirely different wavelength. Eventually, I became so miserable that I was asked to go into therapy. It saved my life. Those sessions were rough, but we figured a few things out: 1) I didn't know myself as well I thought. 2) My banking career was far beneath my capabilities. 3) I had no plan or dream for my life, and was just playing it safe by staying in the same company for so long. 4) I was naturally curious, and should indulge in it. There were other external issues in my life, but these ones that most directly impacted me professionally. Due to having put myself through college, I'd allowed myself to become a workaholic; I had no interpersonal relationships with friends or family. I was eventually cut loose from the company; it'd be cheaper to hire/indoctrinate someone new then keep wrangling someone like me in. I'd relied so much on the structure and achievement of higher education and a regular job, that I hadn't considered anything else *beyond* it. Now that I was on my own, it was terrifying. I practically screamed at my therapist, begging to know what I was supposed to do next. She didn't know. Nor do I. I have many interests, particularly reading, writing, photography, hiking, traveling, video games, films, and anime. Literature, history, geography, and the sciences are my forte, but I'll study anything that piques my curiosity. The Internet is such a great learning resource. I used to think I could write the next Great American Novel, but of course that's just vanity. I used to be a freelance video game reviewer in college (long-form essay format analyses, not the clickbait we have now), but gave that up when I realized what a hollow pursuit it is, and how awful the industry has become. Instead, I spend more time hiking/traveling/taking photos. I left my therapist's office that fateful day and walked all over San Francisco. After all, I had a lot of free time. Skip forward a few years, I covered 2/3rds of the city on foot. And I kept going. By the end of 2019, I'll have been to 25 countries spanning 5 continents. Logistics and analysis translate well into travel; when in groups, I'm always tasked with navigation and planning. I've gotten rave reactions to my photography - including one feature on BBC's travel feed - and have submitted work to various sites. Turns out a lot of people don't understand things like perspective and color variance. I don't take pictures of myself, though; I hate how I look. I focus on my surroundings instead. I never thought I'd be a globetrotting adventurer. But I can't keep this up forever. Success eludes me; there's no feeling of satisfaction, accomplishment, or even direction. Without a discernible dream or goal, I have nothing to work towards. It's like being stuck in a life raft in the middle of the ocean, with no land in sight. I'm skilled in a lot of things; I could go back for another degree and easily get perfect grades. According to career aptitude tests, I'd thrive in several fields, particularly Earth Sciences. Maybe Geology, Geography, Hydrology, or Chemistry. But to what end? All the education in the world amounts to nothing if you don't apply it. And I have a poor track record of doing that. I could go through all that time and money, and get a degree in something for which I have only a passing interest. Not to mention how flawed the education system is to begin with. I'm also keenly aware of my mortality; I could die any time, and my life won't matter regardless. I don't know what to do. TLDR: I have no dream. I've been around the block a few times, still lost.

It is normal to get lost. It is a time to take a pause and allow yourself to look inside of your soul, and forgive yourself for having a difficult time to decide which one is a new step in this complicated and simple life at the same time. Everything comes into our life for a reason. Don’t waste your breath for blaming yourself over what is done already. Learn to love yourself again. The truth will come to you. Take your time in nature...it is very healing.. all the best!

Polymathically I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say, the reason you cannot find what you seek is because _the "thing" you lack cannot be found in this world._ Your _soul_ is hungry, my friend. You need _spiritual_ sustenance, not physical or geographical. "God" is the answer ... to your seeking, to your searching and the feelings of emptiness, futility and pointlessness. As odd as it sounds, as unlikely and, yes, even as unbelievable: Only Jesus can "save" you from the place you now find yourself. He will give your life direction and purpose. _Nothing on earth satisfies a man's heart and soul like the Touch Of God._ This is the straight-up truth from a person who's been "where you are." Jesus is the only "door" to God and only God can "save" you. The World teaches _physical_ things, but, at our core, _we are spiritual beings_ so the "things" of this world never satisfy for long. May God touch your heart and call you back to Him, that you may find peace and joy and meaning again. I'm sorry for your loss and pain. Godspeed on your journey. Peace.

Years ago, I asked a therapist if self-help techniques really worked. He said, sure, IF YOU DO THEM. I have found that a lot of people get hooked on self-help books, or weekend seminars, or even youtube videos, but they never do the exercises they are being taught. This man's message is very simple: if you don't sit quietly for a period of time every day, reflecting and not "doing", nothing will change. But, just because it is simple, that does not mean it is easy. If it was, everyone would be enlightened. Spiritual practices and disciplines are called that because you have to be disciplined and you have to practice. And they don't work over night, which I think is actually a way of protecting us. If you want instant change, have a psychotic break; it may not be good for you, but it is quick.

Where does electricity come from? A copper wire is spun in a magnetic field which induces electrons to flow thru the wire. The World is a giant magnetic field. Your brain, of which your only 1/10 conscious of is a micro circuit transmitting into this immense power field. Once you learn to use your brain's subconscious you find the world has a certain 'room service' component to it which manifest's the life you want or don't want depending on the signal you are sending. I went from crippled, blind and homeless to living on a remote island with a rare exotic automobile, no debt, no money. NO fear.

@madhu greenleaf Are you speaking of the water & stone & magnet powered electrical network that came from heaven and used to exist all over Earth? Remnants of it still working in the 1890s - 1920s in the USA and Eastern Europe: - Atlanta, GA electric trolley system that was hundreds of years old when the AngloSaxon military invaded Georgia. - Underground railroad tunnel system that stretched from Florida to Canada. Used by slaves and chaingang prisoners to escape from US spies, police and military. - Bosnian pyramids that generated the electrical grid light system and made a protective forcefield against invaders - Healing ionized water hospitals in Eastern Europe and in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. - Spiritual healing centers and Buddist warrior schools of peace&defense on the Krkystan steppes. - Healing water fountain systems and pools in the old temples and tunnels of Syria, Damascus - Gold-powered defensive forcefield system protecting a few old temples and tunnels in Libya

I’ve heard that it took at least eleven years to master a single yoga pose for the ancient yogis before yoga took off. Everything takes time, even your soul. Like you reincarnate for infinite number of time which intersect in between. Because time and space are different concepts. And then your time arrives . And you realise that it’s your time. This is What you’ve been waiting for eternity. That puts me off, knowing that the body is just a vehicle in which your soul passes through. All these decorations we are doing to our body the adornments are all temporary.

It's true, but sometimes you need to stop, take a breath, CHECK Your empty voces and have reflexión! Sometimes you need to stop and check, what I am do, really fill me? Yes, I know, I need to be holistic and create and fight for a good and healthy lifestyle, but, for what? If I dont have goals, if I dont get peace, if i dont know what makes me happy, sure, I need to rewind, check the empty boxes, change the things that I did wrong, review and review until I get my goals, my purpose in life, and then, go for it with a holistic and healthy life style.. So, sometimes is useful review the empty boxes and filled it with nice Dreams and then, pursuit the happiness..

"Get clear what you want". Personally I've had multiple lives in this same lifetime and with these lives changed my vision, my perception and with it the things I wanted to do. What you want can change all the time. I don't believe there is a purpose for our lives in the sense of a goal or a certain job. An expression I really like is "What is the meaning of life? The meaning of life is to give life a meaning". And that can be anything and very different things in one life time

This poem is from my novel Shards Of Divinities. It's about how we are all one, and we manifest in this world as shards of the divine. When you look out at the world through your eyes, it is god looking out. God is looking out through your eyes! Humanity is at the dawn of a coming age of enlightenment that I call the Third Age. Humanity experiences periodic awakenings as it converges on a momentous event soon to unfold in the modern era. It will be a time when the hostility between science and religion will give way to the Dance...And then a new age will dawn upon our bowed heads. It is a philosophical and visionary journey beginning in times so ancient that legend is blurred into fact. ------------------------------------------------------ I reminisced of a time long ago when I was only twenty years old. I was studying English 101 at the University Of British Columbia in the summer of Eighty-Four. It was at a summer session because I had failed English 101 two years before. A failure due more to my citizenship in a different realm than to the failings of my intellect, aptitude or the magnanimity of my core. “You have such a poignant and evocative writing style,” wrote my teacher on the short-story I had submitted the week before. I had written about a lonely sojourn on a desolate beach in the pregnant moment, When sunset injures day's abandon and grants night the freedom to roam. I had written about the mighty North Shore mountains, Hoary with age and reverberating with an energy ineffable to the mind, But savored by the soul. I remembered how exhausting of mind, but above all of the soul, writing that short-story had been. I tried to reveal my spirit bare and exposed. I tried to destroy the ramparts and blow open the heavy gates shielding my secretive core. But through my exhausting efforts I had only succeeded in weakening the facade between me and the world, Usually held at arm's length, But through my story then, only slightly nearer yet still remote. There is an essence within everyone hidden in a chamber far beneath the veneer that encrusts our core. We seldom allow it expression beyond just its fractured shadows dancing on an external wall. But if we all dig deep and reach into this secretive chamber, We will, to our astonishment, discover we are all reaching into the same chamber, Not a separate one for each within the all. And then we will grasp each other's same-hand. We all share the same soul. I knew that in the novel of my compulsion I would have to expose this chamber, Ramparts and heavy gates destroyed once and for all. And my novel would then cry out from this collective chamber, And speak for my left and for my right with one voice for all. It would be the ineffable ground of being reaching out to humanity from the navel of Creation, Proclaiming the dawn of a Third Age. It would announce the sunset of the Second Age before this coming dawn. A moment pregnant with change that will forever be remembered in the annals of the Civilization of Man. It would herald a paradigm shift far greater than the Renaissance, Not just an age of reason, but of reason and divinity intertwined as an inseparable whole. I envision the Third Age to be promoting the two primordial dancers, The abstract magical and the other its complementary whole. To engage in the Dance and thence unshard into the Eternal Garden from whence we all came forth. They are in Eternity entwined, but sharded into the realms of space and time. They are shards of the divine. Would composing such a novel be an arduous journey, Exhausting my body and above all my core? Would I be as a drowning man, Gasping for breath, Kicking and screaming while with futility grasping for shore? But would every paragraph and page exhaust me, Yet also leave me yearning for more? It would I am sure. This arduous compulsion will also uplift and invigorate me with waves of catharsis and frisson. And I pray dearly for the same in my reader, of soul-piercing joy. If I fail to evoke the same in my audience then I would have failed to breach the ramparts and the gates shielding my innermost chamber, Our collective soul. Only within this innermost shared sanctum can I truly touch someone's soul. And by touching one, I will be touching them all.
